The Agha, Jasser, kills Ghanem for refusing to give him the harvest from his land. Deeb uses his strength and physical fitness to make a living.

As Balquis kills Jasser to avenge her husband before running away, her daughter ends up killed. Deeb starts to recount his story in the wake of his family's death.

In order to make a living, Balquis starts working as a singer at a bar, changing her name to Eve. As Captain Hamza finds the bodies of slain soldiers in the Al Shaghour neighborhood, Deeb hides the fact that he is the killer.

As Captain Hamza becomes the sheriff of the police station in Al Shaghour, Cheif Abu Mohamed prevents him from entering the neighborhood. As Hamza causes Fares to be arrested, the latter's family remains unaware that he is in prison, leaving Yasmine to convince Fares's wife, Salma, that he was killed.

In the past, Kawkab cares for Balquis. Fares receives help from a man who enables him to break out of prison.

It's revealed that Salma and Fares had a torrid love story in the wake of their first meeting.

As the soldiers beat Nagham, Deeb cares for him until he recovers. Rawaa struggles to deal with her guilt.

Captain Hamza is assigned to look for the missing soldiers, which necessitates his entry into Al Shaghour.

Fares gets rescued. As the Pasha forcibly seizes Nagham's house, Nagham's friends ask the chief for help.

When Captain Hamza tortures Nagham, the latter reveals that someone called Sultan Al-Layl is the one who killed the soldiers. Yasmine lies to Abu Ahmed and claims that Fares is dead.

Deeb enlists Eve's help to have Nagham released. As Fares's funeral is held, Salma refuses to believe the news of his death.

Eve asks Deeb for protection. As Abu Jassem (Jassem's father) decides to release Nagham, he gives Captain Hamza some gold.

Abu Hamdou falls for Eve behind his wife's back. As Fares recovers, he decides to seek revenge on Captain Hamza.

Deeb's life changes for the better after he is assigned to guard Eve. Abu Ahmed allies with Captain Hamza against the neighborhood people.

The chief decides to help the neighborhood with 50 golden coins. Eve visits the Pasha and sedates him to prevent him from harming her.

Deeb kills more of the governor's soldiers. Eve recounts how she got to where she is and how she started working with Kawkab in the wake of her husband and daughter's death.

Fares decides to return to the neighborhood after his recovery. Umm Mamdouh decides to find a new bride for her husband since she can not bear children.

As the chief learns that Deeb is the one who has been killing soldiers, he asks Deeb to bring him gold coins. Unable to accept that Fares is dead, Salma decides to look for him.

Hamza goes against Chief Abu Mohamed's promise and breaks into the neighborhood. It's revealed that the neighborhood people hate Hamza because of previous conflicts.

As the Pasha's soldiers try to kidnap Eve, Deeb saves her. Fares reaches Dr. Erfan.

As Deeb confesses his feelings for Eve, she reciprocates his feelings, and they start a relationship. Laila agrees to marry Abu Mamdouh.

As Abdel Hady pursues Eve to kill her to avenge his brother, Eve tells him to stay away from her. Abu Riad learns that Fares is alive.

Suhyan kills Kawkab. Abu Jassem seizes Nagham and Mahzouz's shop. The chief learns of Abu Ahmed and Abu Jassem's plot and punishes them for it. Salma is thrilled when she learns that Fares is alive.

Abu Ahmed vows revenge on the chief. As Suhyan tries to get close to Eve, she rebuffs him.

The Pasha sets a trap for Eve to take revenge on her for what she did to him. Deeb is distressed that Eve has gone to the Pasha.

As Deeb kills the Pasha, Hamza hides the news of his murder and buries him in secret to serve a specific interest of his.

As the occupation forces break into the neighborhood, they end up killing a large number of men and raping women.

As Hamza captures Deeb, Eve unsuccessfully tries to help him. Fares goes back to his wife. The neighborhood buries the bodies of the slain.

Unable to bear what happened, Yasmine's daughter kills herself. Hamza rapes Eve. Deeb breaks out of prison to support the neighborhood people.

Deeb avenges the slain by killing Hamza. A month later, Deeb becomes the leader of the neighborhood after he defends the people.
