Watfa rejects all her suitors, hoping for the love of Mahmel, who does not know anything about her love towards him, while his mother tries to persuade him to propose to his cousin Watfa, but he refuses.

Mahmel succeeds in rescuing Mufarrej, the son of Sheikh Nasser, and also fights with their tribe against invaders, and gets injured while confronting them, and Ladda looks after him.

Khaled is looking for his cousin, Mahmel, until he reaches him. At the same time, Mufarrej is suspicious of Mahmel's relationship with Ladda, and lures him to the desert to duel with him, only for Mahmel to ask him for Ladda's hand in marriage.

On the night of Mahmel and Ladda's wedding, she confesses to him her love for Mufarrej, and that she was forced to agree to her marriage to him to please her uncle, Abu Mufarrej (Mufarrej‘s father).

Watfa becomes deeply sadden when she learns of a Mahmel's marriage to another woman, and becomes very ill. Mahmel returns to his tribe, and sends a message with Khaled to divorce Ladda.

Mufarrej marries his cousin Ladda, and Mahmel also marries Watfa to save her from her grief. As the years pass, Watfa gives birth to their first child.

Conditions deteriorate in Mufarrej’s tribe, and they lose all their money, so the tribe moves to another place, while Mahmel remains in love with Ladda.

As Ladda and Mufarrej's condition worsens, they keep thinking of leaving and looking for a better shelter, but Mufarrej refuses and Ladda tries to convince him.

Years pass and the chidren of both Mufarrej and Mahmel grow up, and they get to know each other. As Mufarrej and Ladda are leaving, they stay as guests with Mahmel’s tribe.

Mufarrej kills Mahmel's son without knowing that he is his son, and turns himself in to Mahmel.

After Mahmel forgives Mufarrej, he buries his son, and claims in front of the tribesmen that his son was killed by an unknown person.

Watfa tells Mahmel of Mufarrej son's assault on their daughter Saadia, causing rage to spread in Mahmel's heart towards Mufarrej.

As Mahmel tells Mufarrej what his son has done, Mufarrej quarrels with his son and kills him.
