Muhammad's father dies, and his children from his first wife, Noura, seek to seize all the property of his second wife, Awatif, while Khalifa quarrels with his wife, Mona, due to his constant drunkenness, and prevents her from attending her father’s funeral.
Mona is taken to the hospital because Khalifa beat her, and Hessa rejects her brothers’ attempt to seize Awatif’s money, so Nawal is forced to seek the help of a lawyer to confront them.
Badriya asks the lawyer Rakan not to take Awatif's case, and he agrees to employ Nawal in his office. Khalifa threatens Awatif that if she does not drop the complaint against him, he will tarnish the reputation of her daughter Najla.
Rakan declines to take on the case of Awatif’s children’s inheritance. Hessa leaves her mother’s house and asks to stay with Badriya. Nawal quarrels with her brother Ahmed because the latter is trying to seize their house.
Noura is upset when she discovers that Awatif owns the house. Muhammad asks Rakan to help him obtain his father’s pension and prevent Awatif and her children from receiving it.
Rakan advises Hessa to get to know her siblings, the children of Awatif, and Muhammad threatens the latter that if she does not give up the house, he will take her children away from her. Najla is taken to the hospital after Khalifa beats her again, and Officer Salman advises her to report him.
Salman quarrels with Khalifa and threatens him with imprisonment. Muhammad's mother claims in court that she had not divorced her husband. Khalifa’s brother gets married and asks to reside in his house with Najla.
Muhammad files a report against Awatif, accusing her of having a relationship with her neighbor, Abu Ali (Ali’s father), and requests that his siblings be with him. Abu Ali and Awatif are arrested and put in prison.
The lawyer asks Muhammad to waive the complaint against Awatif in exchange for the house, and Muhammad takes Awatif’s children to his house.
Hessa gets to know her siblings, the children of Awatif, and Muhammad treats them badly after they live in his house.
Muhammad threatens his mother that he will file a forgery report against her, and Ahmed and his mother are arrested as they break into Awatif’s house to steal property papers.
Nawal asks Hessa to convince Muhammad to return the house to them, and Ahmed agrees with Nawal to get a loan from the bank in order to pay for the house.
Rakan asks Muhammad to give Awatif’s children their share in his father’s estate. Rakan proposes to marry Hessa, but his sister objects to this.
Badriya takes advantage of Mayed's presence in her house to cook food. Muhammad asks Hessa to lend him a sum of money. Awatif is taken to the hospital due to her severe illness. Nawal agrees to marry Ali in order to get rid of Muhammad's guardianship over her.
Muhammad is upset because Awatif’s children are receiving their father’s retirement pension, and Khalifa seizes his wife Najla’s money.
The lawyer Talal threatens Khalifa that he will imprison him if he does not divorce Najla. Muhammad places his brother, Mayed, in a psychiatric hospital.
Rakan succeeds in getting Mayed out of the psychiatric hospital. Talal seeks to help Najla and her children get a new house after her divorce. Awatif wakes up from her coma and lives with Ali in his father’s house.
Ali retracts his decision to marry Nawal; Noura refuses to marry Hessa to Rakan; Muhammad travels with Badriya on a business trip.
Awatif is forced to stay at Rakan's house with her daughters. Ahmed seeks to strengthen the relationship between him and Nawal after liking her friend Raja.
Khalifa attacks Awatif's house and bargains with Najla over his children. Noura refuses her son's Ahmed's marriage to Raja.
Rakan tries to patch things up between Muhammad and Badriya, who is enraged by Rakan's desire to marry Nawal, while the latter objects to Najla's relationship with Salman.
Noura proposes to Muhammad to marry another woman in order to humiliate his first wife, Badriya, who scolds Awatif and her children for getting close to Rakan and asks them to stay away from him. Zayed discovers that his brother Khalifa raped his wife and impregnated her.
Muhammad expels his children from the house in order to take revenge on Badriya, who becomes romantically involved with Ibrahim. Ahmed decides to emigrate after his mother’s desire for Muhammad to marry Raja. Najla refuses to marry Salman out of worry over her children.
Badriya resorts to magic to keep Rakan away from Awatif and her children. Muhammad marries Raja. A fire breaks out in Muhammad’s mother's house and her son refuses to take her in.
Nawal is sad that Rakan will not marry her. Awatif is forced to leave the house and return to Ali's house to live there.
Ibrahim asks Badriya to marry him in secret. Nawal is forced to sing in a band. Raja confronts Hessa about her engagement to Rakan, her sister’s ex-fiancé.
Badriya informs Hessa of her marriage to Ibrahim. Hessa marries Rakan and asks him to stay away from Awatif and her children, while Raja asks Muhammad for a divorce.
Nawal becomes a famous singer, and Ahmed returns and demands that Muhammad give him his share in the house. Rakan asks Hessa to return her mother to Muhammad’s house.
The relationship between Rakan and Hessa becomes tense because of her mother. Hessa asks Muhammad to have their mother stay in his house. Nawal convinces Raja to return to Ahmed. Rakan discovers that Badriya is married to Ibrahim.
Ahmed decides to marry Raja. Badriya sows doubt in Rakan’s heart towards Hessa and tells him that she resorted to magic so that he would marry her and leave Nawal.
Ali marries Nawal. As Rakan hands over the house papers to Awatif, he discovers his sister Badriya's manipulation and deception. Muhammad loses all his money.
