After she learns that her grandfather's health condition is not well, Fekriya returns to Egypt hoping to enjoy his wealth after she lost her money at the stock market. They get into comedic situations as she helps him find his old sweetheart, while she falls for his grandson.

The film assumes a social-comedic air and relates the story of a girl who has lived her whole life outside of Egypt and has never met her grandfather. She suddenly decides to correspond with him and upon returning to Egypt she learns that he is a man with great wealth and wit and regrets the years she spent without knowing him.
