Dawood responds to the orders of his brother Tughril and pledges to obey him. Zumurrudah dies after giving birth to Omar. Tughril leaves Nishapur under the control of Ibrahim and his assistant, Kaltamash. Ibrahim conspires with al-Basasiri to hand him over Mosul, which Tughril had conquered.
Omar grows attached to reading. The Commander of the Faithful refuses to leave the House of the Caliphate in Baghdad after al-Basasiri storms it. The Caliph agrees to hand over the House of the Caliphate after Bin Badran rescues it. Omar decides to travel to Ali to learn mathematics.
Safiyya dies after discovering Halim's intention to join the Seljuk army. Tughril kills Ibrahim and frees the Commander of the Faithful after the expulsion of al-Basasiri. Khayyam becomes a master of mathematics under the supervision of his teacher.
Ali doubts Omar's identity because he is the smartest one he has seen. The Commander of the Faithful is forced to submit to Tughril's request to marry his daughter. Halim and Omar decide to go on a trip to regain their memories.
Omar returns to Samarkand after the killing of Halim, only to be surprised by the death of Al-Muwaffaq and the marriage of Yasmine to Abu Zaid. Omar is surprised by King Nasser Khan forcing the clerics to submit to him, and Omar meets the poet Nasreen in Nasser Khan’s palace.
Omar and Nisreen exchange admiring glances after she storms his house. Nasser Khan is surprised that Al-Barslan was killed before he entered Samarkand. Judge Abu Taher takes care of Omar, and Nisreen declares her love for Omar before leaving Samarkand.
Omar meets Hasan-i Sabbah on his way to Nishapur, and Abu Taher is surprised that Minister Nizam al-Mulk seeks Omar’s knowledge and appoints him to inform him of the city news, and Omar nominates Hasan-i Sabbah for this position.
Hasan-i Sabbah appoints spies ex officio, while Nizam al-Mulk brings astronomy equipment to Omar. Hasan-i Sabbah thwarts plots to kill the Sultan but gets arrested after Nizam al-Mulk's plot.
Hasan-i Sabbah is exiled outside the country, while Omar and his sciences become famous. The Sultan praises Omar’s observation of the movement of the stars, and Omar is surprised when Nisreen agrees to marry him.
Omar is surprised that the clerics are colluding against him because they claim that he is using the infidels’ equipment. Meanwhile, Omar measures time and reveals the invalidity of other measurements, Turkan Khatun gives birth to Mahmoud, and Hasan-i Sabbah intends to assassinate the Sultan.
Hasan-i Sabbah kills Abu Taher after cooperating with Nizam al-Mulk against him, while Khatun tries to convince the Sultan to arrest Nizam al-Mulk after deceiving him, and Omar asks the Sultan for help from his minister for threatening him.
Hasan-i Sabbah succeeds in his sedition against the Sultan, and Awni, Abu Jaafar’s grandson, joins Dawood, while Nizam al-Mulk’s health condition deteriorates. The Sultan is surprised by the ruler of Meroë's mistreatment of the elderly and invites him to appear before him.
Nisreen dreams of giving birth, and the Sultan decides to remove his father from his positions. Khatun convinces the Sultan to seek the help of Sabbah to kill his father, and Omar takes care of Nizam al-Mulk in his last days.
Taj al-Mulk becomes the Sultan's minister, and Taj al-Mulk is surprised when the Sultan assigns him to eliminate Nizam al-Mulk's men. Nizam al-Mulk seeks help from Imam Ahmed to keep his will, and Omar is surprised by a plot to get rid of him.
Nizam al-Mulk is surprised by the Sultan’s request to accompany him to Baghdad to meet the Caliph. Sabbah is surprised by the killing of his son, Hussein al-Qaini, and the killing of Jaafar’s grandson, Nizam al-Mulk, in fulfillment of Sabbah's desire.
Omar suspects a connection between Nisreen and the killing of Nizam al-Mulk. The Sultan rejects the clerics’ request to put Khayyam on trial. Sabbah seeks to conclude a reconciliation with the Sultan. Sabbah's aides sentence his son to death.
The Sultan asks Taj al-Mulk to kill Sabbah. The ghost of Nizam Al-Mulk haunts the Sultan after conspiring to kill him. Sabbah incites Ismail to kill the Sultan, so he stabs him.
Khatun orders that the Sultan's death be hidden and claims that the Sultan wants Mahmoud to be throned, while Khayyam quarrels with his wife and leaves the house out of grief for the Sultan.
Khatun captures Prince Bakriarak in Nishapur with the help of Barzakh, and Nisreen is surprised by the killing of the Sultana. Omar is surprised by Nisreen's refusal to leave the palace for fear of Mahmoud.
Bakriarak obtains the throne thanks to Taj al-Mulk’s betrayal, while the clerics rule that Omar should leave the country. Omar is surprised by the killing of Nisreen, so he goes to Aleppo and meets Yasmine, who dies in his hands.
The judges condemn Omar as an atheist for his writings in which he harshly addresses God, while Sabbah leaves his will to Abu Ali.
Wardan copies Omar's writings, and Sabbah isolates himself in the tower until his death. Omar is surprised by Wardan's death. Ali, Sabbah's son, dies. Sabbah disappears from the tower under mysterious circumstances.
