Morgan disguises himself as the city's Dervish in order to escape from the cruelty of the military commander's, Kamel Al Awsaf, guards, who impose royalties on the people. Morgan's sister, Hind, decides to take revenge on him and eliminate corruption.

Hind disguises herself as a masked knight and confronts Kamel Al Awsaf's assistant after collecting the royalty from the butcher of the market, and she returns his money to him. Kamel Al Awsaf revolts and issues a decision to arrest the masked knight, and Hind's aunt tries to persuade her to marry Hassan.

Hind challenges, disguised in the Masked Knight, Kamel Al Awsaf, and asks him to duel her in the market. The latter arrests Salem and accuses him of collaborating with the Masked Knight.

Kamel Al Awsaf agrees with his wife to search for the treasure. Hind disguises herself as a commoner and enters prison and frees Salem from prison. Kamel Al Awsaf sets a reward for whoever catches the knight.

Kamel Al Awsaf asks Hind for marriage, so her aunt disguises herself as an old woman and informs Kamel Al Awsaf's wife of the matter.

Hind prepares an ambush for Kamel Al Awsaf and informs his wife of the date when he will propose to her. His wife catches him and teaches him a lesson that he will never forget. Kamel Al Awsaf decides to search for the person who told her about the matter.

The chief of merchants offers a sheep as a gift to Kamal Al Awsaf, but the Masked Knight steals it. He decides to distribute the meat to the poor, so Kamil Al Awsaf orders his assistant, Jasser, to arrest all the poor.

Jasser suggests to Kamel Al Awsaf to claim in front of the poor that he ordered the distribution of meat to them, and Hind disguises herself as a cook in Kamel Al Awsaf's palace.

Kamel Al Awsaf agrees with Jasser to enlist the help of the thief Adham to cooperate with them in arresting the Masked Knight in exchange for part of the treasure they are searching for.

Adham decides to meet with Kamel Al Awasaf at the public bathhouse to agree on their plan, so Morgan disguises himself as the bathhouse owner to ambush them.

Morgan steals Kamel and Adham's clothes from the public bath, beats them, and runs away.

Kamel Al Awsaf captures Morgan and tries to pressure the child, Saleh, to tell him information about the Masked Knight. Hind’s aunt disguises herself as a doctor to participate with Hind in her revenge.

Kamel Al Awsaf's wife calls the doctor to treat her husband, and the latter recommends that Morgan be released from prison because he carries an infection, which is the cause of Kamel Al Awsaf's illness.

The doctor deceives Adham and seizes the money he stole, and Salem tricks the chief of merchants, the merchant, into paying him money if he returns the necklace to Saleh's mother.

Hind is trying to find out the secret that brings together the chief of merchants, and Kamel Al Awsaf. Hind's aunt disguises herself as an antiquities and antiques dealer so that she can sell a fake urn to Kamel Al Awsaf and deceive him.

Hind's aunt tricks Kamel Al Awsaf and lets him believe that she bought the urn from the chief of merchants. Kamel Al Awsaf thinks that he is the thief of antiques from his palace and teaches him a lesson that he will never forget. Kamel Al Awsaf then issues an order to paint all the houses in the city grey.

Hind agrees with the paint merchant to change the paint from gray to black and pins the act on the chief of merchants.

Zulekha's sister is kidnapped, and the Masked Knight conditions her release on the release of all prisoners.

Kamel Al Awsaf is forced to release the prisoners, but he does not receive Zulekha’s sister, so he searches all the houses in the city. Kamel Al Awsaf arrests Salem, believing him to be helping the Masked Knight.

Zulekha's sister returns to Kamel Al Awasaf's palace, and Zulekha agrees with her husband to develop a plan to catch the Masked Knight. She asks her sister to make the knight believe that someone is harassing her, and when the knight defends her, he gets arrested.

Zulekha's sister cooperates with the Masked Knight and hides him in her room so that the guards do not arrest him, but Kamel Al Awsaf reaches him.

Kamel Al Aswaf discovers that the Masked Knight is Hind, so he imprisons her. Zulekha quarrels with him when he thinks about marrying her, and Morgan calls on all the residents to help him rescue Hind.

Zulekha's sister tries to help Hind escape from prison. Morgan and Salem disguise themselves as a musical band to meet the governor and tell him of the injustice of Kamel Al Awsaf, but the latter threatens the governor to remove him if he sided with the people.

Hind escapes from prison, while Zulekha's sister remains in her place. Kamel Al Awsaf enlists the help of Adham to arrest Hind, and Morgan informs the latter that the chief of merchants' wife, Yasmin, is helping them.

Morgan and Salem hide with Hind in the cave, and the chief of merchants agrees with them to cooperate against Kamel Al Awsaf. The child, Saleh, tricks the latter into letting Morgan enter the palace.

Saleh tells Morgan that Zulekha is the one who rules the city, and the latter tortures Yasmin until she confesses Hind’s location. Zulekha claims that Kamel Al Awsaf is ill and retired from work.

Zulekha orders the release of all the prisoners so that she can arrest Hind. The chief of merchants informs Hind that Jasser is removed from his position, and the latter decides to cooperate with her against Kamel Al Awsaf.

Hind catches Zulekha and Kamel Al Awsaf and locks them in the cave. Jasser takes the job of police chief in Kamel Al Awsaf's palace. Yasmin asks her husband to mediate in getting Salem and Hassan released from prison.

Jasser tricks Adham and the chief of merchants into revealing the whereabouts of Hind and Morgan. Jasser offers Hind to cooperate with him. Jasser issues decisions to increase taxes, which angers the people.

Kamel Al Awsaf escapes from the cave and Jasser is imprisoned. Hind finds the treasure chest and finds inside it a message from the founder of the City of Storms. The palace is demolished over the heads of Zulekha, Kamel Al Awsaf, and his soldiers.
