Sabry looks after his father after the latter falls ill. Abu Rashed (Rashed's father) is upset with his son Agag, whose siblings are humiliating him.
As Agag decides to wed Wedad, his father starts to train him in their sweets shop. Abu Sabry (Sabry's father) informs his son that his father has put his inheritance in Abu Sherif's store, asking Sabry to buy the store so they could retrieve their gold.
Sabry tries to get the gold back. Bashira tries to incite Rashed against his family. Agag feels oppressed by his siblings' treatment of him.
Sabry threatens Abu Sherif to get him to sell the store. Bashira tries to harass Hafiza.
Abu Rashed decides to marry Agag off and support him against his siblings, a notion that annoys Rashed who incites the rest of his siblings against Agag. Abu Sherif enlists Roshdy's help to combat Sabry's threats.

Zakou kills Agag on orders from Sabry. Abu Sherif tells Abu Rashed about the location of the gold. Abu Rashed avenges his son and kills Sabry.
