Saleh's situation worsens and he loses his job. Abu Hilal (Hilal's father) decides to help him and lend him some money. Saleh takes his daughter Tayba with him and travels to work in India. After his conditions improve, Tayba asks to return to Kuwait.
Abu Hilal marries Tayba and dies before she gives birth to their daughter. Saleh decides to return to Kuwait with his daughter and granddaughter.
Saleh informs Nouriya, Abu Hilal’s first wife, that Abu Hilal had fathered a daughter with his daughter Tayba and demands her inheritance. Years pass, and the child, Hind, grows up, enters university, and discovers that she has half-siblings on her father's side.

Hind is in a bad psychological state due to the death of Khaled's brother, and she proposes to Khaled to publish a newspaper article about the incident. Nasser thinks that Hind is trying to get close to him and begins thinking about her.
Hind helps Khaled get a job at Nasser's company, and Khaled discovers that Hind is the sister of both Hilal and Nasser.
Hind tells Khaled her story and he decides to help her. At the same time, Nasser begins to like Hind and becomes close to her.
Nasser proposes marriage to Hind, and Khaled reveals to him that she is related to him, but Nasser does not believe her and fires her from the company.
Hind tells her mother that she wants to tell Khaled that she is the reason for his brother’s death, and Khaled’s mother suggests to her son to marry his brother’s widow so that he can raise his children.
Khaled and Hind get married and she stays in his late brother's house. Nasser forces Khaled to leave the company.
