Hafez takes advantage of his presidency of the Childhood Protection Association and his knowledge of the rich families, to cover up his criminal activity in which he kidnaps the children of these families in exchange for ransom.

Set in Alexandria, the film follows Hafez (Mahmoud El Meligy), who is involved in charity work for orphaned children. Meanwhile, a gang appears that specializes in blackmailing wealthy people and kidnapping their kids for big ransoms. Eventually, it turns out that Hafez is the mastermind of the gang. Events unfold as the police start investigating and searching for Hafez, while Hafez is preoccupied with a turf war against his biggest rival Frans (Farid Shawqy).
