Adnan wants to buy his father-in-law's house after getting a large amount, and no one knows its source. Abu Zuhair (Zuhair's father) works in selling old books to support himself, but the owner of the house he lives in asks him to vacate it for not paying the rent.
As Umm Zuhair (Zuhair's mother) wants to buy electronic devices, she pawns her ring. Fawaz asks Adnan to split the money, but he is stalling. Haroun hires Aboud as a guard for the company and the gold statues he owns.
As the guard Tawfiq gets drunk and sleeps, Aboud steals the antiquities and runs away. When Lamis and Haroun learn about the theft of antiquities, they detain Aboud to show them their location. Umm Zuhair takes her money and ring back from Nawfal and returns the electronic devices to him.
Aboud sells antiquities to the Hajj, not knowing their true value, and takes the money. As Amal carries the antiquities to the goldsmith to estimate their price, he tells her that they are looted antiquities.
After he robs the bank, Adnan plots with Fawaz on a second robbery deal. Haroun finds Aboud and makes him confess about the location of the antiquities, so he sends Lamis to the Hajj's house to try to woo him.
Haroun takes Aboud to the Hajj's house and disguises himself as an antiquities inspector to show him the antiquities, but the Hajj does not tell him, so Haroun and his men attack the house to search for themselves, but they find fake statues, as Amal has hidden the antiquities behind her husband's back.
As Amal goes to her sister with the antiquities and takes them to her uncle so that he values them, he learns that they belong to the Iraqi Museum. Lamis is still trying to get the Hajj to tell her where the antiquities are.
As Amal returns to her home and hides the antiquities, Adnan discovers their location and steals them. Haroun and Lamis are still searching for a way to reach the antiquities.
As Adnan flees with the antiquities, Haroun's men try to catch him to no avail. The Hajj tells his daughter that she must leave Adnan for good.
Haroun kidnaps Amjad, Adnan's son, in order to force him to hand him over the antiquities, but he doesn't. Rather, he buys a villa, hires servants in it and also establishes a company, while Tawfiq is afraid of being exposed and asks Haroun to release the child.
Mirna the secretary is happy with the gifts that Adnan is giving her and tells Bahaa about it. The Hajj reports to the police the theft in his house and the kidnapping of his grandson.
Haroun's wife goes to meet her husband in the house where he lives alone. Amal goes to the fortune-teller to tell her about the location of the antiquities that were stolen from the house.
Amal takes both the Hajj and his daughter to the fortune-teller to show them where Amjad is, while Lamis feels sorry for Amjad and wants to free him.
The Hajj accuses Amal's uncle and her nephew of stealing his car, while Najat wants to know the whereabouts of her son after Amal promised her that her uncle would find him, but the two men agreed with Fawaz to go to Adnan's house and try to rob him.
As Haroun returns home drunk, his wife Wassila quarrels with him. Lamis talks with Aboud and releases him, while Najat's psychological condition deteriorates, as she misses her son.
As Lamis returns Amjad to his mother, to the family's joy, she returns to her mother's house. Wassila asks Haroun to give her the apartment and car and leave the showroom after she filed for divorce. Abu Zuhair runs into Adnan in his company while doing journalistic work and is surprised to see him.
As Lamis is afraid that Haroun will find her, she leaves the house and rents a hotel room. Adnan works in suspicious deals without Bahaa's knowledge.
Lamis searches for her real mother and finally gets the address, while Wassila files a case against Haroun for compensation amid the anger of her son Wael. Adnan asks Mirna the secretary to marry him.
Fawaz shoots at Adnan's house, but Adnan's men hit him, while Adnan disguises himself so that no one can identify him, but his picture appears in the papers, and his wife and Lamis recognize him.
The child Amjad feels sorry for Lamis and tells his mother her story, while Lamis is afraid that Haroun will find her and take revenge on her for leaving him. Bahaa wants to exploit Adnan and seize his money by involving him in fake bids.
Lamis goes to Adnan in the company in an attempt to get close to him and find out the truth about him, and she meets Najat, who asks her for information about Adnan, the man whose picture she saw in the paper.
Haroun asks his men to hurry up and find Lamis, while she is getting closer to Adnan and tells Bahaa that Adnan has a wife and children, much to his wonder.
Najat and the children go with Adnan to the villa. As Adnan and Fawaz face off to split the money, Fawaz fatally shoots Mabrouk, Adnan's friend.
As Haroun finds Lamis and goes to the newspaper to meet her, she quarrels with him. The relationship between Lamis and Adnan grows stronger, and she goes with him to the villa.
Amal agrees with her uncle to search for the antiquities without her husband's knowledge, while Lamis's mother quarrels with Haroun and asks him to divorce Lamis, who is trying to get to Adnan's safe by any means.
Lamis agrees to marry Adnan, provided that her dowry is the safe, and they meet in the villa to celebrate, so she gets sleeping pills to give them to Adnan to search inside the safe.
Adnan opens the safe and Lamis sees the golden antiquities. As Adnan wakes up, he heads to the Hajj's house with his gun.
Adnan threatens to kill the Hajj and Amal if they do not hand him the antiquities, while Najat and her two children are scared of him. Haroun and his men also go to the house of the Hajj to get the antiquities, coinciding with the police uncovering the situation.
Salman, Amal's uncle, threatens to kill the Hajj if he does not tell him the location of the gold artifacts, but the arrival of Haroun and his men make him escape, while Haroun detains Adnan and the rest of the family until the antiquities are found.
Haroun manages to take the antiquities and escape, while the police storm the Hajj's house and try to arrest Adnan by shooting him, but the bullet hits Amjad and Adnan is arrested as well as Haroun and the gold artifacts are seized.
