The story follows the simple young man Rabih, who lives with his family in a working-class milieu, and as his close friends delude him into thinking that he is the best singer in the world, he believes them, then a romance develops between him and Namsha, whom Rabih uses to get money, then he falls in love with another girl, and many events follow.
