Hisham takes over the case of Ramy, who committed a murder, and tries to get him out of it, so he succeeds in reducing his sentence to five years. Safia stands in the way of Tariq's illegal methods in defending the accused.

Ramy gets stabbed in prison and hospitalized in a critical condition. Safia is shocked by her mother's desire to marry Abdul Wahid.

When Safia turns to Hisham to help her in the case of the families who were thrown off the land where they live, he refuses to help her. When Tariq asks Safia to return to him after their divorce, she refuses.

Mahmoud succeeds in the Bar Association elections. Hisham gets Ramy acquitted in the appeal. Safia decides to open her own office.

Hisham meets Safia and decides to help her with the possession case. Hisham gets into many quarrels with Laila over the way each of them raises their daughter, Sama.

As Hisham tries to mend his relationship with Laila, he succeeds in persuading Safia to work in his office. Safia's mother marries Abdul Wahid.

Fearing retaliation, Hisham makes Ramy leave Egypt. Laila's father asks Hisham to prepare his will in anticipation of his departure.

As the relationship between Safia and Hisham grows stronger after she joins his office, her family suspects that she is in a relationship with Hisham.

When Karim evades her, Zeina takes an overdose of a sedative to commit suicide but she is saved. Safia continues to refuse to allow her ex-husband Tariq back into her life.

When the police find Ramy dead in his Paris apartment, Hisham falls into shock. Safia tells Hisham about her brother, who died in an accident and left her his son for her and her sister to raise.

As Zeina survives a suicide attempt after Karim leaves her, she begins psychotherapy. Hisham intervenes to resolve Ahmed and Nashwa's disputes.

Hisham rejects the demands of Shaima's husband that she leaves his office in order not to divorce her. Hisham and Safia begin to have feelings for each other.

Laila's father, Fo'uad, is preparing for serious surgery. Hisham discovers that his daughter, Sama, is chatting with her teacher online and trying to get closer to him.

Hisham intervenes to expel Sama's teacher after learning that he is chatting with her. Laila's father undergoes the operation. Mahmoud rejects Ibtisam's attempts to get closer to him.

Ibtisam accuses Mahmoud of trying to entrap her to conceal the fact that she spied on him because of her love for him. Fo'uad passes away.

When Hisham collapses after Fo'uad's death, Safia tries to comfort him, and they end up sleeping together. Safia regrets what happened and disappears completely. Karim returns to Zeina.

When Safia sends her resignation to Hisham after what happened between them, he proposes to marry her in secret. Karim and Zeina have an unregistered marriage.

The situation gets complicated between Abdul Mon'eim and his wife, who wants to separate. Safia agrees to marry Hisham after he confesses his love for her.

Hisham and Safia return from their secret honeymoon in Alexandria. When Zeina becomes pregnant, Karim gives her pills to abort herself.

Mahmoud proposes to Zeinab, and her father agrees. Abdul Mon'eim's wife is determined to get a divorce. Safia tells Faten about her marriage to Hisham.

Laila asks Hisham to get close to Sama to help her overcome her love for her teacher, Patrick. Hisham gets into a dispute with Laila after he enrolls Sama at a ballet school in Moscow.

After Zeina discovers that she's still pregnant, Karim returns from traveling and asks her to reveal the pregnancy to her family to force the two families to agree to an official marriage.

When Karim confesses to his father Muhammad about his relationship with Zeina and her pregnancy by him, he asks him to leave her. After Zeina's family goes to Muhammad's house, he refuses to marry his son to Zeina and offers to pay for the expenses of the abortion.

As Zeina's family rejects Muhammad's offer, they decide to file a case to prove the marriage and Karim's paternity of the baby. Ahmed and Nashwa get married.

As Hisham takes over the case of Karim Al-Gendy against Zeina, he offers compensation to her family, but they refuse. When Safia is not convinced of Karim's innocence, Hisham decides to take her off the case.

Zeina's lawyer tries to gather evidence before the trial to strengthen her position against Karim. At the trial, Hisham questions Zeina’s behavior and honor to obtain an acquittal for Karim.

Hisham refuses Safia’s request to return to Karim’s case and her attempts to convince him of the need for reconciliation. Amr, Karim’s friend, testifies to the latter’s marriage to Zeina, while the court postpones the case to pronounce the verdict.

Hisham refuses to listen to the lawyers of his office to drop Karim's case. When Safia asks to leave her job at the office, Hisham refuses to let her go.

When Safia refuses to give up in the case of Karim and Zeina, Hisham accepts her resignation. Mahmoud is imprisoned due to the installment cases. Laila discovers Hisham's marriage to Safia.

Safia takes Zeina’s case against Hisham. Mahmoud is released from prison. As Karim refuses to acknowledge the child, Zeina loses the case. Safia asks for a divorce from Hisham Al-Maraghy.
