Fahman works as a janitor for one of the properties, while the residents suffer because of his interference in their affairs and the frequent water cuts to the building. They devise a plan to entrap him and hand him over to the police.

Fahman buys a new suit to celebrate Eid and turns to Abu Selim , the tailor, to make the suit suitable for him, only for the latter to ruin it.

Jamila challenges Abu Selim that Feminine wiles always prevail over that of men. To prove so, she plots that she loves him to persuade him to marry her, and her plan succeeds.

Fahman runs a shop to sell old clothes, and he turns to Abu Nasra to deceive the families of the deceased, whose name appears in the obituaries section in the papers to get their clothes under the pretext of giving them to the poor. When the police discover the matter, they arrest both of them.

As Fahman's debts increase, he is forced to sell all his belongings except for the image of his late father, so Abu Selim decides to use the photo to advertise for his shop.

Fahman has special offers in his clothing store, as whenever one buys an item they get another item for free. He soon gets in trouble when customers buy only the free items.

Abu Selim buys a bowl of kunafa, but the bowl has been eaten during his absence at work. When he returns, he sets up a plan to search for the doer and finds out that he is Shukry.

Jamil promises to give Abu Selim, Abu Nasra, and Fahman money in exchange for their poems, but they soon discover that he suffers from a mental illness and has no money.

Abu Selim decides to travel abroad for work, so all of his friends try to take advantage of the matter by giving him their goods to sell abroad, but Abu Selim refuses at last.

Fahman decides to sell fish at Abu Selim's store for musical instruments. As Abu Selim's attempts to get him out fail, he agrees with him to divide the profits from selling the fish between them. Abu Selim then falls victim to Fahman’s trick, who gives him the least money possible of the profits.

Fahman decides to enroll in Abu Selim School to teach the elderly to read and write, so Abu Selim decides to take advantage of the matter to discipline him.

Fahman, Shukry, and Abu Nasra try to find out the secret of Abu Selim's permanent gaining of money, which he justifies as for obeying his parents. Abu Selim travels to buy a lemon deal and sell it in Lebanon, but he falls victim to fraud.

Fahman works as a sergeant assistant at the police station. During the absence of the sergeant, he decides to impersonate him and exploit his position, but his ruse is soon revealed.

Abu Selim is annoyed at recurrent noise of his neighbor, Fahman, so he decides to take revenge on him and expose him to his wife that he married her for her money.

Jamil decides to help Fahman financially by giving him some of the chickens filled with gold coins, but Fahman ends up selling the chicken to Abu Selim, and the latter finds the gold instead.

Abu Selim and Fahman suffer because of Shukry's miserliness and refusal to pay his debts to them, so they turn to the police. They find out with the help of Sergeant Jamil that the state owes Shukry money which he avoids paying.

Abu Selim falls in love with one of the customers of his store, so he decides to propose to her with the help of Fahman, but he soon discovers that she is a married woman.

Abu Selim buys a new refrigerator, and his neighbors take advantage of the matter to put their food in it. Abu Selim decides to take revenge on them after giving them their food back.

Fahman works in making bedsheets, and Jamil discovers that he steals cotton while making his.

Abu Selim turns to Fahman to paint his house before the Eid season, but Fahman ruins Abu Selim's new suit while working.

Abu Selim buys a new telephone, and he is annoyed by the frequent calls of Jamil, Fahman's friend, at inappropriate times. When Jamil comes to visit Fahman, Abu Selim decides to take revenge on him.

Abu Selim decides to hire Bolbol to give music lessons at his shop. Fahman persuades Abu Selim to apply to one of the recruitment agencies to get a visa and work abroad, only for the latter to discover that the agency defrauds the customers.

Fahman asks Abu Selim to help him meet the director of Al Nahda School. Abu Selim agrees but he is surprised by Fahman’s desire to return his school diploma, because he did not get jobs through it.

Fahman opens a modern laundry to clean and iron clothes, and it is revealed that he rents clothes for weddings and events.

Abu Selim persuades Fahman to work as a Mesaharaty during Ramadan, so Jamil, who works in the same profession, decides to save his position and let Fahman join his group.

Fahman decides to open an amusement park before Eid, and persuades Abu Selim to work there and wear animal costumes to attract visitors. The police arrest Fahman for opening the park without a license.

Fahman suffers from a psychological condition and is transferred to the mental hospital. After he escapes from the hospital, Abu Selim decides to intervene and return him to complete his treatment.

Abu Selim and his band resort to staying in a hotel the night of their concert performance and discover that their room carries the ill-fated number 13, so Abu Selim decides to spend the night in the reception hall.

Fahman gets a job as a secretary for a major company. His manager asks for his help in convincing Nawal, the company employee, to marry him, only for Fahman to spoil things and gets fired.

Fahman falls for a woman and decides to marry her, but soon discovers that she is the wife of his friend Abu Nasra.
