Ahmed, Salem, and Sa'ad are surprised that an old person watches their home every night. Suleiman asks Ali to visit his daughter Fatima. Saif asks his friend Abu Zawya to marry his daughter, despite the age difference between them. Saif blames Suleiman for his relationship with the lunatic Ali.

Suleiman tells his neighbor that Ali has indicated that he should take his daughter to the hospital. Nasser tells his son that he will continue to search for Salem. Ahmed and his friends ask Tariq to take over the new house. Mahmoud and Saif's fathers threaten to expel Ali from the village.

Nasser admires Eman and looks forward to getting to know her. Ahmed remembers his mother’s death. Mahmoud tries to reveal Ali’s secrets and tells Saif that he had seen him earlier. Samira tells Salem that she will not be able to continue her life with him.

Sada threatens to commit suicide after her family forces her to marry, but Ali manages to save her. Abu Nasser (Nasser's father) warns his son against dealing with Harb. Abu Mahmoud (Mahmoud's father) insists that Ali must leave the alley. Ali is later attacked.

Saif suspects that Sa'ud is the one who hit Ali and quarrels with him, and his daughter tells him that Sa'ud attacked his house and threatened his daughter. Salem agrees with his friend to go to his hometown to find Ali.

Abu Mahmoud tells his wife that he wants to marry again so that he has a son, and he asks Suleiman for the hand of his daughter, Fatima. Shamsa's father refuses to marry her to her cousin, and he refuses to hand him his inheritance from his father.

Salem believes that the old man watching them is his father. Obeid insists that he guards Ali so that no one attacks him again. Abu Mahmoud expels Suleiman from working in his shop because he refused his marriage to his daughter.

Salem travels to his country and asks his uncle about his father, and he tells him that he does not know anything about him. Nasser tells Ali that he will travel to get married.

Abu Mahmoud's wife tries to convince Fatima to agree to marry him; Saif asks Suleiman to inform Abu Mahmoud that he refuses his marriage to his daughter. Suleiman becomes seriously ill. Nasser marries Eman.

Salem is surprised to see Samira riding in the car with someone. Abu Mahmoud tells Saif that there is a stranger in the neighborhood, and that he suspects that Bin Nasser is still alive. Ali takes Suleiman to the hospital.

Sa'ad returns to his country and searches for Abu Salem (Salem's father); he meets his uncle and discovers that he has lost his sight. Ali is surprised with Darwish on the boat and he pushes him to the sea with the passengers' money.

Saif confronts Ali with what he discovered about Bin Nasser’s escape from prison with a stranger; he tells him that he suspects him, and that he killed Bin Nasser. Ali quarrels with Darwish and kills him.

Ahmed tells his friends Salem and Sa'ad that he loves Sa'ada. Ali takes her to Suleiman's house and asks his daughter to host her, and he kills the village's elderly. Ali reveals to Ahmed, Salem, and Sa'ad that his son Salem died young, and he leaves his diary for them.

Salem reads Ali's diary and discovers all his secrets. Saif meets Bin Nasser and learns that he's still alive.
