Marwan, a successful plastic surgeon, discovers that his wife and mother are plotting against him. As he divorces his wife and threatens his mother and friends, he has a car accident and loses his memory. Everyone seizes the chance and mislead him. A mysterious girl is found in Marwan's house.

The girl is imprisoned after she tries to rob the safe. Mahmoud takes Marwan home to see his mother and wife. The police give Marwan his diary that the girl was trying to steal. As his family worries and tries to convince him that the diary is fake, Marwan discovers that some pages are missing.

Marwan's diary reveals that he was in love with the actress Nawal Sadek and that his wife, Dina, killed the actress. As the doorbell rings, everyone is shocked to find that the visitor is Nawal.

As Nawal reveals that she is Marwan's wife, Dina and Nawal quarrel until Marwan intervenes and promises to go see Nawal when he regains his memory. He continues reading the diary that reveals that Nawal survived the murder attempt. As he continues reading, he discovers that he has visited a brothel.

Marwan gets tested for AIDS after he discovers that he slept with prostitutes. Medhat claims that Marwan borrowed 200 thousand pounds from him. Nawal tells Marwan that they have a son. It's revealed that Rana stole important documents from Marwan's safe. An armed man gives Marwan a money bag.

When Tarek threatens Marwan to give him the money bag, Marwan ties him up and locks him in his clinic. Dina helps Mahmoud and Marwan's mother to enter the bidding for the hospitals to seize Marwan's share. It's revealed that Medhat's wife is in cahoots with Fekry.

As Taymor sedates Marwan and has his men throw him in a river, Rana saves him. It's revealed that Rana is the one who tore out the pages from Marwan's diary because they are about her. Despite her refusal to divulge their contents, Marwan puts his trust in her.

Madiha plots with Mahmoud, Dina, and Medhat to forge Marwan's diary. Marwan searches for Nawal and discovers that she has a husband and a son that she left behind for fame. Since she is still married to her first husband, her marriage to Marwan can get her imprisoned.

Taymour kidnaps Dina. Rana helps Marwan and they find a video of the girl who helped Tarek escape the clinic. Dina informs Marwan that the girl is his former assistant, Dalida.

It's revealed that the armed men belong to the National Security Agency. Marwan discovers that Taymor's real name is Sarhan Ahmed Batigh, and that he is a former officer-turned-arms dealer. Rana helps Marwan catch Tarek.

When Rana informs Marwan that Mahmoud went to Nawal's house, Marwan leaves quickly and forgets to hide the diary in his haste. Madiha takes pictures of the diary's pages. Marwan discovers that his accident was premeditated.

As Madiha goes on with his plan to replace the diary with a forged one, Marwan discovers that Mahmoud is deceiving him. When Mahmoud hires someone to monitor Marwan, it's revealed that it's the same guy who hit Marwan and that Mahmoud is the one who tried to kill him.

Marwan knows about his relationship with the medical representative, Esraa, who was in love with him but it wasn't reciprocated. Marwan discovers that his old phone line has been reactivated and Rana calls the number to find out who has it now.

Marwan discovers that Mahmoud is the one who has his phone line. Marwan searches for Esraa. Mahmoud threatens Eiad to get him to stop helping Marwan.

Esraa tells Marwan that he abandoned her after she got pregnant and she had to abort the baby. She also tells him that Dina and Mahmoud were lovers once. Madiha switches the diary with the forged one. Rana and Marwan confess their love for each other.

Rana and Marwan open his safes and discover his numerous marriage certificates. Madiha's safe holds the case file for an interdiction case that she filed against Marwan's father. Madiha goes to the circus that Abdel Hady owns.

Marwan confronts his mother, Dina, and Mahmoud with what he found out about them. Fakry's men kidnap Medhat. Marwan starts reading the fake diary and discovers the difference from the real one.

Dina and Mahmoud plot to file for interdiction against Marwan. When Madiha discovers that Mahmoud tries to kill Marwan, she gets him arrested. Marwan finds the real diary and starts having some vague memories that lead him to a nightclub.

The bartender Magdy tells Marwan about how he used to be a doctor and how Marwan ruined his career. As Madiha tries to file for interdiction, the legal counselor refuses to go through with it, so Madiha brings a medical certificate that allows her to go through with the case.

Marwan learns that his mother has filed for interdiction and that Abdel Hady spent four years in prison on drug charges. Mahmoud asks Madiha to forgive the checks he owes her or he will expose the London transfers.

Madiha tries to use the fact that Marwan received treatment at a psychiatric facility when he was a teenager to help with the interdiction case. Marwan tries to find out more information about Abdel Hady and he goes back to the psychiatric facility in search of information about his past.

Marwan questions Dr. Ezzat about his relationship with his father and receives a copy of his will. Mahmoud discovers that Medhat forged the contracts of the medication shipment. Abdel Hady and Marwan try to find Rana who vanished after Madiha told her the truth.

Marwan discovers that Zeinhom is the one who killed Salah, Rana's father. Mahmoud tells Fekry and Medhat that he wants nothing to do with the shipment. Marwan finds Rana who tells Abdel Hady that she wants to take revenge on Zeinhom.

Dina and Medhat's father meets Marwan to ask him to release the assets so that he could get his money, but Marwan tells him he won't give him the money until he regains his memories.

As the interdiction case goes through, Abdel Hady threatens Zeinhom and tells him that he knows about the antiquities that he is trading in. Zeinhom kidnaps Rana and blackmails Abdel Hady to give up the deed for the land on which the circus stands.

As the court wait for Marwan's medical evaluation, Dalida tells Madiha that Taymor wants to kill her. Marwan gives the land's deed to Zeinhom, but the latter discovers later that the deed is forged. Madiha threatens to get rid of Abdel Hady.

Marwan discovers that the upcoming shipment includes drugs. Marwan finds one of his father's old workers, Badr, who tells him that Madiha deliberately withheld medicine from his father to file for interdiction. Rana reprimands Abdel Hady for not telling Marwan the truth.

Marwan takes Medhat to the major general and they agree to bring Fekry down. Fekry and Didi are arrested. Rana meets Marwan and gives him the missing pages from his diary.

Marwan discovers that Abdel Hady is his father and that Madiha framed him for a crime he didn't commit to wed a wealthy man, then gave Marwan her new husband's name. Marwan vanishes before the court date of the interdiction case.

Marwan arrives in court with his father. As everyone discovers that Salem is still alive, Madiha is forced to drop the interdiction case. Marwan confronts Madiha in front of the family. Madiha has a stroke.
