Abeer discovers by chance that her husband, who lives by the principle that the end justifies the means, is betraying Egypt. He becomes involved in working as a spy for a foreign entity and assists in carrying out acts against his country, forcing her to inform the relevant authorities who are monitoring him to uncover the details of his betrayal.
