Businessman Omar invests his money in the Monopoly game. When he leaves his bag which contains a sum of money in a taxi, he goes to the police station to file a report. The taxi owner finds the money and begins to think about what to do, especially since his father needs surgery.

As El Tayeb's fiancée decides to leave him because he is poor, she marries her brother's rich friend. El Taher, from whom Omar took the goods, dies, and Omar is left with no evidence to recover his money. As for his wife, she does not care.

Omar goes with Mukhtar to Rashid, El Taher's son, to demand his money, but Rashid refuses, much to Omar's disappointment, who is told by the lawyer that the case would be arduous, whereupon he gets hospitalized. El Tayeb dreams that he is buying his sisters new clothes with the money he has found.

As Omar is still desperate because he lost all his money, he gathers his family, telling them that he is bankrupt and that they've to deal with the situation, while his eldest daughter feels sad for him. El Tayeb asks his friend what'd he do if he found money, and his friend advises him to take it.

Omar suffers from several financial problems as the merchants in the market ask him to pay off his debts, while his partner, Saeed, wants to defraud him. El Tayeb is still reluctant to spend the money he found in the bag.

Omar goes to his friend, Rabeh, and asks him to help him sell the goods he has so that he can secure the money. As Omar decides to divorce his wife according to her wish, he asks Saeed not to tell anyone about his financial situation.

As Omar decides to sell the villa, his wife wants to take the kids with her after the divorce; meanwhile, his eldest daughter asks him to wait because she's attached to the villa and the area in which she has always lived. El Tayeb thinks about spending the money on his sister and her children.

As Omar's wife goes with her kids to her father's house, her stepmother coldly receives her and asks her not to stay for more than a month, so she decides to threaten to cause her husband a big problem with the buyer if he doesn't give her half the price of the villa. Saeed's wife gets sick.

Bushra returns home with her friend, who is fascinated by the villa and regrets that it will be sold. Omar arranges a day with the buyer to check the villa. El Tayeb's sister, Kenza, takes on her new job and is tired but happy, and she tells her parents how she spent her first day at work.

The buyer wants to buy the villa for a cheaper price, but Omar refuses, and Rabeh tries to intervene, so the buyer eventually accepts. As the divorce is finalized, Omar's wife rejoices and waits to take 500 million dinars from him, while Saeed suggests that she invest the money in a project.

Omar sells the villa and buys a small apartment in which he and his daughter, Bushra, live. El Tayeb is still hesitant every time he opens the bag and checks the documents and money because he wants to buy a new car for his work. Omar's wife suffers in her father's house from his wife's orders.

Bushra asks her father for their new address to give to her friend Samira so that she can visit her; she's become responsible for everything despite her studies. Kenza wishes she had money to set up a project. Saeed tells his wife that Farida's been divorced from Omar and now lives with her father.

As Omar goes for a walk thinking about everything that befell him since his bag disappeared, he decides to commit suicide. His daughter suspects something happened to him as he forgot his phone. Kenza asks her brother, El Tayeb, to return the money to its owner after he knew his address.

As El Tayeb goes to the address in the passport, he finds that Omar has sold the house and keeps looking for him at the real estate office until he finds Rabeh. Sania wants to return to her father as she gets angry with her mother and bored at her grandfather's. Bushra rejoices as Omar comes home.

After El Tayeb meets Rabeh and hears Omar's story, he asks Rabeh to help him contact Omar, which Rabeh promises to do. Rashid learns that the goods are indeed Omar's property and calls Saeed to ask about Omar's whereabouts, but he tells him that he's in France and that he'll take the goods instead.

Nabil wants to get engaged to Nawal, but his mother asks him to get a job first, while his sister wants to live with her father. El Tayeb insists on meeting Omar, while Rabeh tries to find out his address. The owner of the company regrets firing Safiya because she was smart.

As Rashid discovers that Omar has not traveled, he grows suspicious of Saeed and decides to give the goods to whoever comes first to ease his conscience. Farida gives money to Saeed so that he can invest it for her. As for Omar, he is still living in a state of despair.

El Tayeb confesses to Rabeh that he's the taxi owner who found Omar's bag, so Rabeh goes to the real estate office, relates the whole story, and takes Omar's address. Farida loses the deal that Saeed made, and he asks her to sell her gold. As Saeed's daughter gets hospitalized, her mother's worried.

Nabil begs his mother to ask for Nawal's hand for him, but she refuses and asks him to take care of his work with Saeed first. Mukhtar returns from France and asks about Omar, but no one knows his address; meanwhile, Saeed takes all the deals for himself and deceives Farida.

El Tayeb gets Omar's address from Rabeh, goes there, and meets his daughter, whom he asks to meet her father. El Tayeb tells Omar about the bag, so he rejoices and thanks him for his honesty, while Bushra admires him. Omar calls Rashid to take the goods from him, but he tells him that Saeed took them.

As Omar's little daughter decides to travel abroad, she agrees with a girl to finish all the procedures, and steals money from the safe, upon which her mother suspects her. Omar goes to Rashid and asks him to deal with him without telling Saeed after he found out about his betrayal.

As Saeed tells Farida that he lost the deal, she demands the money, the car, and the gold; meanwhile, her daughter, Sania, disappears. Omar visits El Tayeb and meets his father and sister, whom he learns are good people. He offers El Tayeb to work with him in the company because he trusts him a lot.

As El Tayeb works with Omar, he receives customers, answers the phone, and all the bills are in his name, while Bushra tells her father that she's fond of El Tayeb. Sania leaves a letter to her mother, blaming her for what she did to her father and asking her not to look for her again.

Omar decides to hire a secretary as he is overburdened with work, so El Tayeb suggests that he hire his sister, but Bushra gets jealous. Farida goes with her son to get him engaged to Nawal, but the family dislikes her. Bushra returns to the university and tells her friend, Samira, about El Tayeb.

Bushra visits a poor woman named Malika, who has a daughter she left with her father when she was an infant and never saw her again. She suggests to her father to marry her, but he refuses. Farida still asks Saeed to pay her money, but he delays it.

Omar completely rejects the idea of ​​marriage, while El Tayeb tells him that he learned to work on the company's website. Saeed's wife falls ill, enters the hospital, and dies there. Saeed proposes to Farida, but she refuses. Malika visits Bushra at her home, but when she sees Omar, she faints.

Nabil marries Nawal, who is pregnant and lives in her parents' house since Nabil got imprisoned because of Saeed, who then gets arrested. Omar marries Malika, and El Tayeb gets engaged to Bushra. Farid is released from prison and goes to his father, whom he asks for forgiveness.
