Unknown assailants break into the apartment of Ahmed's friend in London. As Rayan, Salem, and Hadil are arrested on terrorism charges, their father futilely searches for them. The three detainees get interrogated.

Rayan and his sister are questioned about the attempted murder of a foreign sponsor. The officer tells Rayan that his sister is pregnant. Ahmed tells his friend that he divorced his wife because she was Jewish.

Marwan's father insists on having Rayan and Hadil released. Hatem asks his partner to distribute the carcinogenic food materials quickly before the truth comes out. Marwan learns that his father is married to Hadil.

Marwan thinks about killing Hadil, but she manages to escape with her brother. Hadil gives birth. Hoda also gives birth to her first child, though her mother-in-law continues to treat her badly. Marwan's men try to kidnap Hadil's daughter.

At the hospital where Hadil gave birth, the name tags of all newborns are switched around. The hospital has to run paternity tests to determine the children's real fathers.

As Umm Hassan (Hassan's mother) quarrels with Hoda, the latter is rushed into the OR in cricital condition. Marwan's men assault Mahmoud and Rayan. As Hadil is released from the hospital, Jassem tries to find her.

Marwan finds Hadil, even though she tries to escape and stay with her brother's girlfriend. Fahd meets Arwa and asks her to arrange a meeting with Marwan.

Hatem tries to bribe Bassem to facilitate the passing of some merchandise through customs. The doctor tells Hassan that his wife Hoda had a hysterectomy. Jassem tries to find Hadil's daughter through the hospital.

Hadil and Hoda take their children from the hospital after a paternity test is run. Ahmed tells his brother Marwan that he is coming home soon. Talal sees Arwa in the CD his brother stole.

Hadil discovers that Hatem is the reason Marwan found out her location. Hassan and Hoda learn that their baby is a special needs child.

Umm Hassan tries to convince him to take another wife. Hassan's son dies. Jassem considers getting rid of Hadil's daughter. Mai's mother tries to convince her daughter to wed.

Hatem discovers that Bassem is his friend Suliman's son, the same Suliman who forced him to give up his company in exchange for not turning him in to the police for checks with no balance. Rayan proposes to Negma. Ahmed learns that his Jewish wife is going to take his daughter and go to Israel.

Hassan tries to convince Hoda to turn the baby she found to the police. Hatem asks Hadil to give him a procuration to fight off Marwan. Arwa thinks that Mai is the one who stole the CD.

Hadil's mother tries to convince her to give Hatem a procuration. Umm Hassan insists that her son must take another wife. As Hassan proposes to Mai, Hoda decides to leave the house. Talal buys a taxi.

Hadil remembers what Marwan did to her and how she wanted to get divorced from his father. Arwa asks Marwan to watch the CD.

As Hatem disappears, it turns out that Marwan has locked him up to force him to reveal everything about Hadil and the CD. Ahmed's Jewish wife asks him to give up his daughter. Umm Hassan insists on wedding her son to Mai.

As Hatem gives Hadil's location up, Marwan catches Hadil and her daughter. Hassan tries to get his wife Hoda to come back home.

Hadil is rushed to the hospital where she dies. Ali tells Arwa that her brother Ahmed has been missing for a while. Under torture, Ahmed is forced to give up custody of his daughter to her mother.

The police refuse to release Hadil's body to Jassem. As Marwan recalls his conversation with his father about his wife's cheating, he refuses to acknowledge his son Fahd.

Mai weds Hassan. Marwan and Arwa suspect that Fahd is the one who stole the CD. Rayan asks his parents to look after Hadil's daughter.

Ahmed returns from abroad. As Jassem discovers that Hadil has a lookalike who is called Dalal, he looks after her, away from Marwan's notice. Fahd's mother dies.

Dalal thinks about leaving Jassem's house. Bassem reveals to Hatem that he is the nephew of Hatem's wife Nawal. Ahmed decides to go to Israel to look for his daughter. Mai asks for a divorce.

Rayan takes Dalal to his father's house and claims that she is his sister Hadil, and that the one who died is Dalal. Marwan threatens to take revenge on Ahmed if he insists on going to Israel.

Marwan opposes Arwa's marriage to Ali. Ahmed insists on going to Israel. Bassem takes revenge on Hatem and burns his warehouse.

Jassem turns himself in to the police and confesses that he used his office for personal gain on orders from Marwan. Umm Rayan (Rayan's mother) gives Hadil's daughter to Marwan. Mai leaves her husband's house.

When Dalal is admitted to a mental hospital, the doctor discovers that she is indeed Hadil but she has amnesia. As Rayan tries to take Hadil's daughter from Marwan's house, Jassem shoots him. The police arrest Bassem.

The police investigate the case of Marwan and Jassem. Umm Rayan leaves the house. Ali tries to apologize to Arwa for what he has done, but she refuses to accept his apology.

Rayan picks up Hadil from the hospital. Marwan grows to regret what he has done with his life. Bassem grows repentant after he gets imprisoned.

Jassem reveals to Hassan and Hoda that a mix in the paternity tests caused their child to be swapped with Dalal's. Negma gets married, but not to Rayan. Marwan runs a test and confirms that Fahd is his son.

Marwan apologizes to Hadil and asks to see his younger sister. When Hoda returns to her husband's house, Umm Hassan poisons her.
