As Sonbol becomes a well-known rich man, the village of As Sinaytah prepares to receive him. Salem informs Sabha that he wants to ask for her hand from Sonbol. Sonbol arrives in the village amid celebrations.
Sonbol takes note of the changes in the village as modernization leaves an impact on the farmers and leads them to stop cultivating their lands and looking after livestock. Lotfy and Naguiba look for a way for him to settle his debts.
When some unemployed villagers claim to be ill to get financial aid from Sonbol, he kicks them out of his house. Lotfy visits Sonbol and asks him to drop the charges against him. Naguiba refuses to make a sacrifice by marrying Magdy.
Nahla asks Lotfy to buy the villa and come back. As Sonbol tries to buy a piece of land from the government, bureaucracy stands in his way.
When Sonbol runs over a goat and a sheep in the desert, he gets attacked by a mysterious woman who later identifies herself as Zeiba, revealing that the land he is trying to buy belongs to her ancestors. Lotfy is rushed to the hospital.
When Lotfy wakes up, Nahla reveals that he has a heart condition. Lotfy pays off his debt to Sonbol, only to send men to steal the money afterward, but Salem manages to hide the money in the mountain. However, Salem gets in an accident and passes away before revealing the location of the money to Sonbol.
Sonbol refuses to heed the tribe's demand to either leave the land or pay a settlement. When Zeiba finds Sonbol's stolen money, she hides it elsewhere. Raouf asks Nahla to work with him to deceive Lotfy and get revenge on him.
When Sonbol suspects that Lotfy had something to do with the attack on him, he visits his office and ensures that he has the empty bag of money with him. Sonbol starts looking for his missing money.
As Sonbol searches the mountain for the money, he gets bit by a scorpion, but Zeiba saves him. Ashraf returns after years abroad and testifies against Sonbol. Sonbol deceives some humble people by claiming to have jobs for them abroad, when the truth is that he wants them to work in his Sinai land.
As Sonbol transports the workers to his land, he tries to get close to Zeiba. Layth plots to kill his colleague, Saber, over the blood feud between their two families.
As Sonbol agrees to pay financial compensation to Zeiba's tribe, Zeiba takes revenge on Sonbol for his pranks by burning his clothes while he is swimming, but she eventually gives him his missing money.
After the return of his money, Sonbol gives his workers a reward. Nahla opposes Lotfy's wish to sell the ranch to pay off his debt to Raouf. Sonbol tells Sabha that he loves Zeiba.
As Zeiba disappears, Sabha looks for her until she finds her. Al-Mogly tries to get close to Naguiba. When Jaber learns that they are actually still in Egypt, he bargains with Sonbol to keep silent.
When Zeiba returns to Sonbol, he asks her to convince her tribe to approve their marriage. Lotfy plans to seize the water station from the late Tohamy's wife. Layth tries to kill Saber while he is sick, but Sonbol stops him.
