Umm Muhammad (Muhammad's mother) gets her son engaged to Mashael, and the marriage is held. Talal is forced to leave the wedding ceremony to bring his friend Nasser after his car broke down on the road.
Talal has a painful accident while the police are chasing him and Nasser, and he is taken to the hospital in a dangerous condition. The police inform Muhammad of Talal's involvement with Nasser in the drug trade. Mashael marries Muhammad.
The police begin to interrogate Talal, accusing him of dealing in drugs. Muhammad travels with Mashael to spend the honeymoon and is forced to leave his mother.
Mashael begins to cause Muhammad to turn his back on his mother and brother, Talal, and objects to visiting the latter in prison. Faisal tells his mother that his friend has proposed to Laila.
Faisal tries to persuade his sister, Laila, to agree to marry his friend, but she refuses. Mashael begins to drive a wedge between Muhammad and his mother and tells him that she has agreed with Faisal's mother not to transfer any property to him. Further, Mashael prevents Muhammad from visiting Talal in prison.
After Muhammad quarrels with his mother over her request from Umm Faisal to visit Talal in prison, he takes her there forcibly, after Mashael managed to convince him that his mother differentiate in her treatment between him and Talal.
Mashael insists on using Talal's room in the villa for her sister's residence, but Umm Muhammad refuses her request, whereupon Mashael causes a rift between Muhammad and his mother.
After Mashael puts hypnotic drug to Umm Muhammad in a drink, she takes her fingerprint on a letter she wrote to Talal with his mother's confession that Muhammad is not her son, and falsely claims to the latter that his mother wants to send it to Talal and that she will transfer everything she owns to him.
Muhammad leaves the house and everyone searches for him, even Mashael, and Faisal is forced to report his disappearance to the police.
When Muhammad tries to commit suicide, Fawaz saves him, while Mashael believes that he has passed away, telling her sister Fatima that she is the reason behind this.
As Muhammad decides to go back and take everything to his advantage, Mashael is shocked to see him again after believing he is already dead.
Mashael continues to drive a wedge between Muhammad and his mother, falsely claiming her quarrel with her. Muhammad begins to devise a plan to take over the company.
Mashael falsely claims that Umm Muhammad insults her and treats her badly. Umm Muhammad is forced to stay in Umm Faisal's house for a while, and when she returns, she is stupefied to find Mashael's sister, Nada, in her room.
Mashael prevents Umm Muhammad from taking her medications until her condition worsens, as well as leaving her without food in the villa annex.
Mashael takes advantage of the news of her pregnancy, and falsely claims that Umm Muhammad is trying to abort her, whereupon her son Muhammad scolds her and asks her to stay away from his life.
After Nasser wakes up from his coma, the police re-investigate the drug case again. As Mashael is worried that Talal may be released from prison, she tells Muhammad to take his mother and leave her somewhere far away, but Majed finds her.
As Nada feels that she is being pressured for her participation with her sister Mashael to kick Umm Muhammad out of the house, she resorts to drugs to evade responsibility. Muhammad falsely claims to Faisal that his mother has died.
Muhammad accepts condolences for his mother's death, and Faisal's mother is shocked by the news of her death. Meanwhile, Talal is proved innocent and he is released from prison.
As Nada steals her sister's jewelry so she can buy drugs, Mashael finds out about her addiction. Muhammad asks his brother Talal to stay in a hotel.
Umm Muhammad stays with Majed's wife in their house. Mashael gives birth to her child. Saad locks his sister Nada in the house after discovering her addiction, whereupon she tries to commit suicide.
Muhammad tells Talal that the ownership of the company has been transferred to Mashael. Umm Muhammad discovers that her son Talal has been released from prison, and Majed promises her to search for him.
As Mashael develops cancer, her uterus is removed, and she loses her hair as a result of taking chemotherapy doses. The maid finds a letter in Umm Muhammad's belongings and hands it to Umm Faisal.
As Talal looks at the letter, Umm Faisal assures him that Muhammad is his brother, and that she doubts that Mashael put the letter into Umm Muhammad's belongings. Mashael's condition worsens. Nada confesses to her brother Saad everything that Mashael did.
Mashael confesses to Muhammad that she put the letter into his mother's belongings, and that she plotted for everything, after which Mashael dies. Umm Muhammad returns to her home with her son, Talal, and takes care of her grandson.
