Mohra complains about her son Hassan’s mistreatment of his parents and brother Ahmed, his disdain for his wife and son Fahd, and his exploitation of the home’s storeroom to make alcohol.
As Hassan suffers a heart attack and is taken to the hospital, Mohra thinks that he has repented for the wrongdoing he has done, but Hassan continues his inappropriate behavior with everyone around him, as he seizes his parents' money, travels and gets married in Syria.
Hassan returns with his wife Sawsan, who robs Mohra at his request. Ahmed confronts his wife Shuaa about her neglect of their son Majed and decides to divorce her.
Sawsan gives birth to her daughter Farah. Hassan's first wife, Wadha, attempts suicide by burning herself after his marriage to Shuaa, his brother Ahmed's ex-wife. Hassan marries Shukran, who is trying to seize Mohra's house.
Years pass and Fahd grows older, while Farah insists on marrying Mansour so that she can escape from Mohra's house. Hassan's father dies.
Mohra decides to transfer ownership of the house to her grandson Fahd. Shuaa's daughter, Sheikha, returns to her grandmother's house after her divorce. Things get worse between Farah and Mansour's mother, as the former tries to control the house.
Mohra asks Sheikha to look for her sister Hessa, and Hassan gets married again to the Egyptian Zeenat.
Wadha asks Sheikha to stay away from her son Fahd. Mohra bargains with Hassan to give him part of her money in exchange for leaving her house. Fahd develops a crush on his co-worker Rawda.
Fahd proposes to Rawda. As Mohra falls ill and is taken to the hospital, Hassan takes advantage of the matter to seize her house.
Farah leaves her husband's house and files for divorce. Majed asks his grandmother Mohra to live in his house. Rawda's mother forces her daughter to take responsibility for her siblings and provide for them.
Farah's husband asks Fahd to lend him a sum of money in order to carry out her requests. Rawda asks Fahd to mediate in hiring her brother in the company.
Hassan tries to contact his daughters by his wife Shukran, but the latter refuses. Fahd tells Mohra of his desire to marry Rawda.
Hassan asks Shukran to return to him and stay with him in Mohra’s house. Fahd's mother refuses to let him marry Rawda.
Mansour's mother refuses to leave the house in accordance with Farah's wishes, and Fahd proposes to Rawda, taking his father along.
Mansour seeks to return Farah to his home after her quarrel with Maryam. Afnan is taken to the hospital after her husband beats her.
Fahd finds out that the dowry was stolen from his car. Mohra decides to sign her property over to Fahd and Hessa, and everyone is surprised by Hassan's new wife.
Afnan's husband refuses to let her mother stay in his house. Hassan's daughters insist on returning to Egypt, and Farah is taken to the hospital due to severe depression.
As Fahd asks his Qatari sister to stay in his house, he tries to convince Sheikha to travel with Farah for treatment abroad. Mohra scolds Hassan for not taking care of his daughters and not knowing anything about them.
Things get back to normal between Hamad and Majed. Shukran asks Hamad to help her with Afnan’s problem with her husband. Mansour’s sister is thinking about marrying Hassan.
Ruqaya rejects Hamad's interference in her life. Rawda finds herself in a major dilemma after her sister sells the company's shares. Fahd searches for his mother after she suddenly leaves home.
Fahd finds his mother in the hospital suffering from a bad psychological condition. Rawda decides to sell the house to pay off her debts, and Mansour's sister asks Hassan to live in a separate house away from his family.
Mansour's sister marries Hassan. Shukran files a case against Salem to kick him out of the house. Issa surprises Afnan with his decision to marry another woman.
Fahd hands Ruqaya her passport and lets her return to her mother. Laila files a lawsuit against her sister Rawda on account of the decision to sell the house. Salem’s wife is taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Mohra helps Shukran confront Salem's tyranny; Mansour proposes to marry Sheikha; Rawda has financial problems and the bank seizes her monthly salary from work.
Mansour abandons Farah and leaves her. Rawda refuses to go through with her marriage to Fahd until she pays off her debts. Mohra threatens to file a lawsuit against Hassan for selling the land.
Rawda agrees to leave the house and move to Fahd's house after their marriage. As Afnan is poisoned and taken to the hospital, Shukran becomes suspicious of her husband.
Shukran discovers that Afnan's husband has put poison in Afnan's food. Farah is released from the hospital and returns to Mohra's house.
Issa tries to patch things up with Iman. Fahd and Salem are expelled from the house by a court ruling, and Rawda succeeds in mortgaging her house.
Hessa is angry that Fahd's mother is opening a beauty center and competing with her. Rawda's mother is upset about losing her house and having to leave with her daughter, Laila.
Maryam freaks out when Mohra distributes her property among her grandchildren and excludes her son Hassan, and Fahd dies.
