Zainab suspects her husband has married another woman, and decides to spend all his money so that he'll have nothing to spend on the other woman. However, the money turns out to belong to his clients, not him.
As Saad's grandfather falls ill, the doctors say he must undergo emergency surgery but the grandfather refuses, and convinces Saad to smuggle him out of the hospital.
