Po panda finds himself chosen to fight the enemies, despite the fact that he is obese and fairly lazy. He tries to prove himself in front of Master Shifu and the legendary Furious Five.
Po joins forces with a group of new Kung-Fu masters to take on an old enemy with a deadly new weapon.

The return of Po's father leads Po to meet scores of his own kind. But when a villain armed with supernatural powers emerges to take on the kung fu masters, it's up to Po to turn his panda brethren into martial arts warriors, a notion that the lively pandas are determined to make challenging.
Chosen to be the spiritual leader of the Valley of Peace, Po has to train a new warrior, unbeknownst that Chameleon, a sorceress capable of mimicking different Kung fu moves and shape-shifting into whatever animal she desires, wants to acquire Po's Staff of Wisdom.
