Rami lives with his wife, Salwa, and when his brother, Raji, returns from abroad, he is forced to stay in his home with his foreign wife.

Salwa is upset with Rami, the theater actor, for rehearsing the show at home, and Rami is forced to include in his play a projection of what is happening in the city around him in order to please everyone.

Rami tries to help Salwa's brother overcome his crisis after his divorce from his wife, but a major problem arises between Salwa and Rami, resulting in her leaving the house.

Rami adopts the principle of compromise and diplomacy in his dealings with his manager and neighbors, but when he takes courage pills, he tells his wife everything he does, and she leaves the house.

Rami gets a job promotion, so Salwa takes advantage of the situation and tells her family and friends. Rami gets upset and hesitates to accept it after discovering his involvement in an illegal matter within the company.

Rami is upset by his wife Salwa's neglect of their marital and home life, so his neighbor suggests that he pretend to be in a relationship with another woman as punishment for her neglect.

Rami feels jealous of his sister's husband, so he decides to become an intellectual like him, neglecting his home and wife to indulge in reading all the time.

Salwa shows symptoms of pregnancy, so Rami supports her throughout her pregnancy and takes care of her until she gives birth.

Salwa asks Rami to help her brother Fouad find an apartment to get married in, so his colleague suggests building a wooden kiosk in the garden for him to live in.

Rami and Salwa's son suffers from a psychological problem due to their frequent quarrels. He decides not to go to school for fear of their separation, and the social worker tries to help him.

Salwa resents Rami's help with the housework and complains that he fulfills all her requests. When Rami changes his behavior, Salwa falls ill and has a psychological breakdown.

Salwa pressures Rami to complete his studies and obtain a high school diploma. While studying with her younger sister, he discovers the reason for her repeated failures: her problems with her father.

Rami aspires to become an actor, so he meets a director and a producer who together deceive him and seize all his money in exchange for a small role in an artistic production.

Rami and Salwa try to mend the relationship between Salwa's sister and her husband after they decide to divorce, but things deteriorate until Rami and Salwa are on the brink of divorce as well.

After Salwa gives birth to her child, she resents Rami's actions for not taking responsibility for the child or helping her take care of him.

Rami's sister suffers from a bad psychological state because she is not married, so Rami and Salwa try to help her find a suitable groom.

Rami works as a journalist and newspaper critic, exploiting his pen to achieve financial gain. However, he then gets promoted to become a media consultant.

Rami meets his neighbor's young son, Osama, who tells him that he has been seeing aliens and asks him to teach him how to fix electronics.

Abdo asks his neighbor Rami to stay at his house until he finishes repairing his house. Then Abdo's son asks Rami for a loan, specifying that he will receive it before eleven o'clock. However, Rami waits for him, but he does not come.

Rami finds a treasure map under the house he lives in, and cooperates with his neighbor Abdo in searching for the treasure.
