As the security authorities are preparing to receive the Mujahid Abu Abdullah, Ramzi provides them with many information about him, and Abu Abdullah arrives inside a box at the airport.

After Mahfouz, also known as Abu Abdullah, is arrested while entering Egypt, Mahfouz begins telling his story to the police.

As Walaa and her colleague head to Mahfouz's neighborhood in an attempt to gather information about him, Mahfouz refuses to meet with the journalists.

Nasr Abul Hassan warns Mortada against stirring up public opinion due to Mahfouz's repeated imprisonment without charges. Nasr discovers that the second man in the group has come to Egypt to get rid of Mahfouz.

Nasr tries to postpone the decision of the Emir of the group to get rid of Mahfouz, and the latter decides to stay away from raising suspicion.

Mahfouz intervenes to end a quarrel between Muslims and Christians in the neighbourhood. Mortada is upset after Mahfouz appears on a television program, and orders his arrest.

As a video of Mahfouz goes viral during his sermon in a mosque, the the security authorities' concerns increase. While Mahfouz gains fame, his neighbor tries to get close to him.

The broadcaster, Walaa El Sharif, tries to convince Mahfouz to record television episodes, so he asks for some time to think about it, while his sister, Fawzia, tries to push him into marriage.

Mahfouz continues to search for Abdullah. Mortada orders Shakir to keep track of Abu Khalifa instead of focusing on Mahfouz.

Mahfouz tries to find out the secret behind Hossam and Fawzia's relationship with their neighbor Intisar. The director of the TV channel tries to convince Mahfouz to work with him.

As Mina finds a box full of money and gold, Mahfouz searches for the owner of the box. Fawzia is upset because Hamed refuses Mahfouz's presence in their house.

Mahfouz confronts Ramy after stealing a ring from the box. Yahya asks Nasr to persuade Mahfouz to join the party. The Emir vows to take revenge on Mahfouz for leaving the group.

Mahfouz goes to Abu Khalifa's place in the desert after kidnapping his son Abdullah. The security authorities arrest Nasr to interrogate him about Abu Khalifa's whereabouts.

Fawzia is shocked to hear that her brother Mahfouz is involved in one of the bombings on the desert road. Meanwhile, the terrorist groups abroad, which Mahfouz left, are pleased with what Abu Khalifa has done in Egypt.

Nasr Abu El Hassan agrees with Saeed Sadiq, the owner of the TV channel, to convince Mahfouz to appear on the channel. The security authorities are looking for the real culprit behind the shopping mall bombings.

After Mahfouz is surprised by Nasr Abu El Hassan's relationship with Abu Khalifa, he goes to Nasr's house and threatens him and his family if he doesn't reach his son Abdullah. Shakir shoots Abu Khalifa to death.

Shakir asks Mahfouz to work for the police. Ramzi resents Sameh for failing to convince Mahfouz to appear on the TV show.

Yahya tries to convince his sister Fawzia to convince Mahfouz to join the National Party. Nasr Abu El Hassan agrees with Shawqi, the channel's director, that Mahfouz appears on the channel.

Mahfouz is surprised to see Intisar and Hussein at a party. Menna tries to steal the box of money and gold of her uncle Mahfouz. Ramy receives a threat from his partners to return the box.

Mahfouz disappears and everyone keeps looking for him until Walaa finds him. Shakir is upset because he has been taken off Mahfouz's case and assigned the task of keeping track of Morsi, as he hands over all the files to Officer Karim by order of General Mortada.

As Mahfouz returns to his home in the neighbourhood, he meets with Intisar and admonishes her for working as a dancer in nightclubs. Ramy threatens Mahfouz to force him to return the box of money and gold to him.

Yusria tries to exploit her daughter's relationship with Mahfouz, who asks Mortada to bring Shakir back to take over the case. The Emir of the group plans to send his grandson to Egypt.

Ramy's partners rain blows on him after he violated the agreement between them to hand over the stolen jewellery. As Mahfouz gets his money from the Pakistani merchant, Mortada arrests him and accuses him of financing terrorism.

After Ramy is taken to the hospital, Mahfouz succeeds in helping the police by arresting Ramy's partners. Abu Musab begins preparing his grandson to come face-to-face with Mahfouz in Egypt and take revenge on him.

Mahfouz agrees to sign a contract with the channel. Hassan succeeds in winning a scholarship to America. Abu Musab asks his grandson to travel to Egypt to take revenge on Abu Abdullah.

Mahfouz continues to rise and succeed during his appearance on the TV show. Yusria suspects a relationship between Mahfouz and Dalia.

After Sherine asks to marry Mahfouz, Yusria learns of the matter and terminates Mahfouz's contracts. Menna is fired from her new job. Mahfouz is forced to sign a new contract with Morsi's TV channel.

Mahfouz's death is announced during the bombings. Nasr agrees with Abu Musab's grandson to carry out a new terrorist operation. As Mahfouz surprises everyone by showing up and tells Shakir that Abu Musab's grandson is his son Jaafar, the latter is killed at the hands of Shakir.
