| Tarek Sharkawy | Aurora is an old lady with a tenuous look on reality, who spends her day gambling at a local casino, and is supported by her neighbor Pilar. When Aurora gets hospitalized, she asks Pilar to pass the word of her grave condition to Gian Luca, a man of which no one has ever heard her speak. The film then follows Aurora in her past life through a long flashback set in the 1960's Portuguese Africa , when she was the beautiful wife of a young farmer and was involved in a forbidden love affair with Gian Luca. 507 |
