After the January 25 Revolution, the trial of members of the former regime begins, and events begin to unfold after the class of people with money and bank accounts becomes anxious about their future and the revelation of their past.
Fadel Abu Al Rous falls in love with the world of finance and business, which makes him always eager to mix with members of the former regime. He meets Moataz and General Ali and convinces them to travel to Marina to escape the current circumstances in the country.
Osama quarrels with Sherwit and she asks him to leave. He leaves quickly, but a popular committee stops him and beats him. Fadel books Major General Ali and his wife a chalet in Hurghada Marina. Fadel agrees with Sayed El Qott, who steals safes, to work with him.
Shahir, Omar, Fadel, and Ali arrive at Hurghada Marina. Hosni Mubarak transfers power and authority to Omar Suleiman. Fadel meets Rania, Shahir's wife, and expresses his admiration for her.
Rania discovers Shahir's betrayal of her, but she does not confront him. Fadel asks Sayed to go meet Essam to reach the criminal Mahmoud Farghali, and Mubarak resigns from the presidency.
As Fadel helps Moataz smuggle his money out of the country, the relationship between Fadel and Rania grows stronger, and Shahir agrees to produce a series for Rania.
Omar tells Fadel about his involvement in suspicious transactions in the stock exchange and asks him to bring him incriminating files in the classifieds. Fadel agrees with Moataz to establish a fake company for gold prospecting that would allow them to launder their money safely.
Samir William tells Sherif that Fadel does not work for a sovereign entity, and Sayed El Qott meets Essam, who tells him that Mahmoud Farghaly did not escape from prison. On the other hand, Rania tells Fadel about Shahir’s affair.
Fadel goes to Shahir's party, which includes all the businessmen in Marina. The relationship between Sherwit and Omar also became stronger, so Osama tries to assault him because of that.
Shahir tells Rania about his desire to open more than one TV channel, and everyone panicks after the issuance of imprisonment decisions for businessmen and former ministers in the country.
Fadel saves Osama from the trouble of assaulting a Russian woman and smashing the hotel room, and Colonel Mustafa tells Ali that Mahmoud Farghali did not escape from prison, so Ali confronts Fadel about the matter and fights with him.
Mayar asks for a divorce from Karim because of his relationship with Salma, and Fadel goes to Shahir and tells him that he has a research center specializing in the influence of the media on political awareness, so he asks him to sign a contract with him. However, Nabil the producer is surprised when he sees Fadel.
Moataz buys the yacht from Fadel, and Omar is found dead at sea. Nabil tells Rania that Fadel is the head of a gang that kidnapped Asmaa, the actress, while they were in Russia.
As suspicions begin to gather around Osama because of his threat to kill Omar, Rania meets Asmaa and agrees with her to travel to Marina to meet Fadel. On the other hand, Sherwit prevents Osama from seeing his daughter, and Fadel has nightmares about his wife and son.
Ali discovers that Fadel's fingerprint matches five personalities, and Fadel threatens Sherwit and tells her that she can't prevent Osama from seeing his daughter.
As Sherwit apologizes to Fadel, Asmaa meets Fadel, who threatens her to deny knowing him, so she tells Rania that Fadel is not the man who kidnapped her.
Fadel tells Essam that he has brought Ali to Marina to hand him over to them and take revenge on him. Rania confronts Fadel with Asmaa's story, so he confesses the truth to her and tells her that he was addicted to heroin at the time.
It turns out that Shahir is a relative of Fadel's wife, and a friendship begins between Sherwit and Fadel. On the other hand, Ali is still tracing Fadel's origin, and Moataz and Fadel begin to turn gold into ingots.
Sheikh Salem Al Obaidi goes to Marina and asks to meet the Biley family, and Sherwit tries to get close to Fadel.
Fadel goes back to taking heroin, and Salem Al Obaidi meets Karim, Sherwit, and their mother, and they agree to exchange their financial bonds for shares in Al Obaidi's Foundation. Ali asks Amr to go and meet Nabil, who tells him the story of Asmaa’s kidnapping.
Rania decides to separate from Shahir, and she agrees with Fadel to participate with him in defrauding Shahir. Karim resorts to Fadel to convince Shahir to replace his financial bonds with shares in the Al Obaidi Foundation.
Fadel asks Essam to find out where the arms dealer Hajjaj is, who tells him that Mansour and Ghanem Al Biley are responsible for the arms trade in Assiut. Moataz summons Randa to promote his gold prospecting business.
As Shahir agrees to work with Al Obaidi's Foundation, Karim kicks Mayar out of the villa, and Fadel takes her to his villa and helps her. Sherwit begins to feel jealous of Fadel's relationship with Rania.
It turns out that Ali is the one who is facilitating the arms trade in Assiut, and Fadel, whose real name is Amr, is the officer assigned to expose him, but Mahmoud Al Biley frames Fadel.
Rania asks for a divorce from Shahir, threatens him with a video of him with the maid Marwa, and asks him for a sum of money. Shahir attacks Fadel’s villa and starts shooting at Rania.
Fadel returns to the villa and finds Shahir murdered and Rania unconscious. The detectives find Shahir killed in his car. Marwa threatens Rania to reveal her relationship with Fadel in exchange for the video. Olfat discovers Moataz’s betrayal of her and tries to kill him.
Ali finds a recording in Omar’s room in which he said he decided to commit suicide so that he would not be imprisoned, and Fadel finds a surveillance camera recording showing Sameh entering behind Shahir on the day of his murder, so Ragab goes and blackmails Sameh with the video.
As Essam Hajjaj and Ali are kidnapped, Sherif is arrested, and Moataz manages to escape. Fadel meets Marwa and agrees with her to work for him to trap Sameh. He also tells Moataz and Ali that he has committed fraud and seized their money.
Essam kidnaps Moataz, and Karim and Sherwit go to Fadel, who tells them that a man from his side has impersonated Salem Al Obaidi. Fadel tells Rania his whole story, and that his wife and son were killed by Shahir.
As Sherif and Moataz are imprisoned, Fadel establishes a production company for Rania. Sherwit tells Osama that she still loves him and that Fadel is trying to get close to him to reach her, so Osama kills Fadel.
