Tawfiq suffers from Zakia's neglect of the house and her fondness of the world of Sherlock Holmes' novels by analyzing everything around her. Zakia causes a wedge between Noha and Mahmoud.

Due to interference in the phone lines, Zakia listens to a call and suspects that the parties involved have committed a crime. As Zakia goes to report the incident to the police, they discover that her claim is true and the gang is arrested.

When Zakia buys books about suicide and reads them, Tawfiq doubts her desire to kill herself. But he eventually discovers her attempt to help Safwat get over his psychological complex.

When Fawqia asks Zakia to help her husband to buy a refrigerator in installments, Tawfiq refuses. Zakia causes trouble when Fathy buys the refrigerator and forces Fawqia to sell it.

Zakia becomes angry when Tawfiq refuses to recognize International Women's Day. Zakia intervenes to solve marital problems between Fawqia and Fathy.

When Tawfiq's manager buys a new building, Zakia mediates to rent the apartments without the knowledge of the owner. Things get complicated when Zakia gets involved in the matter, as she decides to search for an ad for the apartments to solve the crisis, but she ends up getting swindled.

As Zakia notices that Tawfiq has become depressed due to the delay of his promotion and that Munir got promoted instead, she decides to intervene in her own way and kidnap Munir, so that Tawfiq gets the promotion, but her plan backfires.

As Zakia seeks to work as a hypnotist, she practices her work on Atiyat, leading her to a possible murder. But Zakia discovers in the end that everything was just a dream.

As Zakia suffers from terrible nightmares in which she sees Nabila killing her fiancé, she fears that her nightmares will become a reality.

As Tawfiq sees a picture of a millionaire who looks exactly like Zakia, he suspects that she is Zakia's twin sister, who died on the day of her birth. Zakia hatches a plan to impersonate the millionaire to test the love of those around her.

As Atiyat's husband gets angry when he finds out that she is pregnant, Zakia asks Tawfiq to adopt a child since they don't have any kids, but Tawfiq refuses. Zakia claims that she is pregnant so that Tawfiq does not take another wife.

When Tawfiq divorces Zakia for the third time, they search for an intervening husband (muhallil). As a thief called Fathallah breaks into Zakia's house, she catches him and decides to marry him to get out of her crisis with Tawfiq. But as the couple gets married, Fathallah refuses to divorce Zakia.

Zakia discovers that the man she married is a fraud who stole the identity of the actual Fathallah. When Zakia goes to meet him, she finds the body of the real Fathallah in his apartment and is accused of killing him. As the police succeed in solving the mystery of the case, Zakia is acquitted.
