As Saqr discovers that Mayed is working with the resistance, he warns his brother Seif about his overt enthusiasm. Zabiya complains that her husband isn't giving her the same treatment as his second wife. Noura is afraid of her father's decision to force her to remarry.

Abu Shehab asks to rent Captain Abdullah's boat. The English officer admonishes Ahmed for being involved with his daughter despite his father's disapproval of their relationship. Khamis tries to make a deal with Yakout to locate the weapons, using his release from detetion as a bargaining chip.

Abdullah informs Abu Shehab that the pearls have been stolen and that Muftah has it. Muftah reports Abu Saqr (Saqr's father) to the village chief, accusing him of stealing the poor man's money.

Dana drives a wedge between Seif and his first wife Zabiya. Ahmed insists on marrying Mary, but his parents stop him. Saqr asks his father to wed him to Noura. Abu Shehab smuggles the gold.

After his son gets arrested, Abu Bekheit (Bekheit's father) grows worried for him. Abu Shehab and Abu Saqr plot against Muftah after they confirm that he robbed Ibn Mohamed's coffee shop.

Abu Shehab buys the stolen pearls from Muftah. When Badr thinks about taking his ex-wife Noura back, Saqr informs him that he is going to propose to her. Abu Shehab stipulates that Abu Saqr's boat must be written over to him in order to approve the marriage.

Abdullah suggests for Muftah to sell the coffee shop. The English forces kill Mayed. Abu Salem asks the English officer to release the resistance members.

When Zabiya informs Seif that she is pregnant, he divorces Dana. Yakout and his friend break out of prison. Saqr marries Noura. As the police look for the stolen gold, they arrest Muftah and Abu Shehab.

13 years later, Zabiya gives birth to her son, Abdullah. Noura gets pregnant. Captain Abu Saqr returns from his travels. After Ahmed marries Mary, she takes their children and goes to London. Seif is shocked when a ghost haunts his house and makes his and Zabiya's life a living hell.

Seif opens a shop to sell fish. A nefarious Jinn takes hold of Zabiya. Hamda admonishes her sister Sara for trying to get close to Saqr.

Seif thinks that Zabiya has passed away, only to discover that a demon has possessed her. Noura quarrels with Saqr and asks him to stay away from Sara.

Noura admonishes Sara and tells her to stay away from Saqr. When Ahmed starts to gather the resistance members, Abu Saqr informs him that Yakout helped form the resistance the last time. When Noura gives birth to a black child, she grows fearful that her husband will accuse her of cheating.

As Zabiya's condition grows worse, her mother recites Quran to calm her down. Muftah returns to town with his wife and son. The guards torture Yakout in prison. Saqr tells Seif of his doubt of his daughter's paternity.

Muftah is shocked to learn that Mosbah has taken his house. As he learns that Abu Shehab has died in prison, he tries to get Sara to take him back, but she refuses. Saqr quarrels with Muftah.

Abu Zabiya (Zabiya's father) asks Abu Salem to visit Zabiya, who promptly goes missing. Abdullah tries to convince his son to go back home and recognize Noura's daughter as his.

As Zabiya's family looks for her, the police inform them of her death. Saqr suggests for Seif to marry Sara. Abu Saqr warns Ahmed against using weapons and tells him that the English forces have their eyes on him.

Saqr goes back home. When the prison officers think that Yakout has died, they try to get rid of the body. Ahmed travels to London.

Abu Saqr suggests for Abu Hamad to marry Dana, who thinks that Seif wants her back after Zabiya's death. Muftah asks Khamas to help him find a job.

Seif is haunted by Zabiya's ghost; Yakout recovers; Captain Abu Saqr's sight starts to fade to the point where he is unable to see; Noura complains to Warda that Saqr is keeping his distance from her.

Aubaida informs Saqr that Noura's grandmother was black and his daughter likely has her coloring. Seif asks Saqr to facilitate his marriage to Sara.

When Seif and Sara get engaged, Zabiya's ghost vows revenge. Sa'eid suspects that Yakout and his wife are having an affair. Dana's daughter, Latifa, falls for Khelfan.

Muftah offers to run Luluah's perfume store and get material from India. As Seif and Sara wed, they are shocked when Zabiya's ghost appears in the house.

Sara asks for a divorce after seeing Zabiya's ghost and refuses to return to Seif. Captain Abu Saqr passes away.

Yakout proposes to Abu Zaid's daughter, Khadija. Saqr remains suspicious that Noura is having an affair.

Mosbah threatens Muftah and asks him to leave town, before he asks Luluah to put him in charge of her trade. Azba is shocked when she learns that Khelfan likes her, while Latifa is in love with him.

The English officer enlists Muftah's help to find the weapons. Azba decides to sacrifice her love for Khelfan for Latifa's sake.

Dana agrees to wed Abu Hamad. Muftah suggests for Luluah to lower her prices, but she initially refuses out of fear of loss. Azba quarrels with Khelfan, believing that he is still involved with Latifa.

Khamas proposes to Luluah. Latifa thinks that Khelfan wants to marry her, but he assures Azba that he wants to marry her, not Latifa. Ahmed returns from his travel. The police try to arrest Yakout, but he evades them.

Khelfan quarrels with Saqr over the latter's suspicion of Noura. As Khelfan takes his uncle Seif to ask for Azba's hand, her mother refuses due to her belief that he is engaged to Latifa.

Seif and Saqr catch the guy that Saqr suspects of having an affair with Noura. When Saqr confirms that Noura is faithful, he asks for forgiveness. Khelfan and Azba get married. Mas'ouf passes away.
