As a new shipment arrives at the supermarket, there is no place for it in the warehouse, because the place where Faisal asked Omar to place the shipment is occupied with Walid's furniture. As Faisal gives Walid one hour to get the furniture out, Walid ends up selling it at the store.

Every employee in the supermarket gets a 10% discount card for their purchases, except Abu Mardy because he does nothing. As Faisal tells him to work so that he could earn the discount, Abu Mardy does everything that Faisal asks of him.

The trainer Hussam Abdul Ghany comes from corporate, as he specializes in customer service and sales, to train employees in the supermarket on how to serve customers using the "interactive training" method.

When a child loses her hamster in the supermarket, Faisal asks Saeed to look for it because he is busy receiving the supermarket manager Abu Tariq. Saeed does everything he can to find it.

When a quality manager is appointed in the supermarket, Abu Mardy thinks that he is a relative of the manager because he has the same family name. As Abu Mardy believes that the quality manager will replace Faisal, he goes to spread the news among the employees.

As Abu Mardy secretly sells jilbabs that his wife sews, Faisal discovers this and prevents him from doing so. But Abu Mardy ignores what he said and starts selling them in front of the store at a more expensive price, so Faisal tries to prevent him in various ways.

As Saeed becomes in charge of health and safety tests at the store, Essam refuses to participate in the training due to the working conditions and pressure.

The branch manager Faisal is surprised when the customers request to bring back the espresso machine, as he tries to fix one of them to no avail. At the same time, Abu Mardy asks him to leave early due to special circumstances.

As Walid finds a large amount of his salary getting deducted, Faisal tells him it's because of his delay. Walid agrees with Abu Mardy to use one of the toys from the store, but Faisal forces him to pay for it. Walid eventually is rewarded for the initiative to collect money for the orphan's fund.

When the branch chief, Abu Tariq, comes to the store, Faisal's job turns from a manager to his subordinate who carries out all his requests, which makes Faisal resent his orders to all the employees that keep them from working.

When Abu Tariq hires his cousin Sultan, Faisal discovers that he's no good and clueless, but Abu Tariq forces him to complete his task with him.

As the security guard, Abu Saeed, begins studying English to help him with work as Faisal asked him, he asks Omar to assist him. As Abu Mardy prepares to take a vacation, Faisal takes advantage of that and brings in a new baker.

Faisal tells the supermarket team that there is a mystery shopper that will come to evaluate the service they provide. The store employees get into many paradoxes with customers in order to find out who the mystery shopper is.

Faisal decides to find out all the needs of the employees in the store to send them to corporate as a kind of election propaganda for him, but he fails to achieve any of them.

As Faisal issues a decision to transfer Abu Mardy to another branch, the latter tries to persuade him to change his mind, but to no avail. Faisal is surprised that the manager of the other branch refuses to hire him because he is a terrible employee.

Essam is surprised when a customer and his wife are quarreling over the purchase of goods, so he informs Faisal, who tries to reconcile them, especially since the matter escalates into yelling and insults between them.

Walid decides to record videos about himself and what is happening inside the store. But as he starts filming his colleagues at work, Abu Mardy resents that and complains to Faisal, but Walid convinces him that he is getting a lot of views.

Abu Saeed asks Faisal to let him work as a cashier for one day so that his fiancée’s family does not discover that he works as a security guard in the supermarket. Faisal agrees and asks Essam to work as a guard instead.

As Faisal informs the store team that they will be photographed for supermarket ads, he asks them to pay attention to their appearance, and Walid refuses at first.

On World Dairy Day, Faisal is surprised that Abu Saeed apologized to all milk distributors and hasn't received any shipment from them, and he must fix the problem.

As Faisal receives a decision to appoint him as the head of the branch in place of the former manager who submitted his resignation, he begins to prepare to take over the task, but he is surprised that the manager has canceled his resignation.

As Faisal tells Walid that he will record with a program about what it's like working in the supermarket, he asks Omar to take over the work in his place, while he refuses to let Abu Mardy be excused from work.

As Faisal conducts an evaluation of all the employees in the branch, Abu Mardy is concerned about his evaluation, especially since he applied for a new job that depends on this evaluation.

Faisal is surprised that someone hacked into the system of the corporate that runs the supermarket, which affected the situation and order there and led to chaos that Faisal tries to prevent.

Omar tries to convince Faisal to keep the café offer in the store so that he takes coffee for free, while Walid tries to prove his theory to Faisal that everything he reads and tries to implement is not always good.

Abu Saeed becomes one of the most efficient employees, as he gets a percentage of the stolen merchandise that he was able to recover after he catches the thieves. But it turns out that he hired the thieves.

Walid asks Faisal to help him to disguise in front of an old friend of his who told him that he has a doctorate, but Abu Mardy intervenes and the plan fails. Faisal discovers that the store team is playing basketball in the warehouse.

As Faisal hires the employee Saleh in the supermarket, Abu Saeed objects because he is an ex-convict. As Omar convinces everyone to join him in a monthly savings cooperative, Abu Saeed accuses Saleh of stealing the money.

As Abu Saeed asks Faisal to agree to let him take a karate training course, Abu Faisal tries to convince him to leave the supermarket and work with him.

Faisal is surprised by a corporate representative, who is in charge of the supermarket, forcing him to resign, under the pretext that his performance is poor, as he gets investigated in all previous matters that were difficult to deal with.
