As Maysam comes out of prison after serving her sentence, she returns to the village and meets her neighbor, Umm Marcel (Marcel's mother).

The prison officer Ziad vists Maysam, and asks her to marry him, but she refuses. Katya hits a young man with her car and tries to escape, but she is arrested, then her father, Amer, tries to get her released.

Umm Aisha gives Maysam a sum of money left by her father before his passing. The driver, Jamil, tells Maysam that his son has had a car accident, so she visits him in the hospital.

Jamil tells Maysam that Katya's lawyer asked him to drop the case against her in exchange for a lot of money. Maysam convinces him to refuse and is surprised that Amer is Katya's father.

Jamal promises her daughter Katya that they will take advantage of her grandfather's ministerial position to get her out of the case, but Maysam threatens them after Khaled is paralyzed.

The lawyer Saleh decides to defend Khaled, and tells Amer and his wife Jamal that Maysam has returned to take revenge on them.

Amer's son tries to contact Maysam to find out the secret that connects her to his family, while Abu Jamal (Jamal's father) seeks to convince Saleh not to plead the case against his granddaughter.

Shadi eavesdrops on his father Amer’s conversation with Jamal about their plot to get rid of Maysam and kill her, and Nadim tries to get closer to the latter.

Abu Jamal plots with his lawyer to get rid of Maysam, who tells Nadim the reason for her imprisonment. Ziad is shocked by Maysam’s relationship with Nadim and his closeness to her.

Saleh advises Maysam to let her heart choose between Nadim and Ziad, while the lawyer refuses to carry out Abu Jamal's request to kill Maysam.

The lawyer suggests to Abu Jamal not to kill Maysam in exchange for him getting rid of Jamil to end the case. Katya's trial begins and Abu Jamal threatens to destroy Maysam.

Khaled asks the judge not to imprison Katya, and the judge awards him a large amount as compensation. Shadi tells Maysam of his parents’ plot to kill her.

Shadi's relationship with Maysam strengthens and they become friends. The police officer Samer gets close to Katya, seduces her, and films her sleeping with him.

As Shadi asks Maysam to help him save his sister from Samer, Maysam seeks help from Ziad to solve the problem.

Nadim asks Maysam to marry him, while Ziad tries to find out the type of relationship between the two and asks Nadia to help him.

Abu Jamal refuses to pay compensation to Khaled, and Nadim agrees with Maysam to search for her son, while she remembers her early life when she met Amer.

Maysam remembers her decision to leave her parents and go to Beirut to work in Abu Jamal’s company. Amer becomes angry when he learns that Abu Jamal refuses to pay compensation to Khaled.

Ziad discovers Maysam's relationship with Nadim and regrets confessing his love to her. Shadi warns Katya about her relationship with Samer. Maysam decides to meet with the lawyer Walid to bargain with him to pay compensation to Khaled.

Shadi suggests that Katya see a doctor because he suspects her addiction. As Khaled meets her while she is buying drugs from a young man, he confesses his love to her.

Khaled tells Maysam about Katya's purchase of drugs, so the latter confronts Samer about it and he reveals to her his desire to take revenge on Katya's grandfather. As Shadi tells his parents about his sister's addiction to drugs, he confesses his love to Maysam.

Shadi tries to find out the reason for the hostility between Maysam and his family, and the doctor reveals to Katya's parents the latter's pregnancy and addiction.

After Maysam meets her jailmate, Qamar, she reveals to Abu Jamal that his mistress is watching him for Amer.

Abu Jamal breaks off his relationship with his secretary. Saleh confronts Nadim with the latter's involvement in illegal trade, while Maysam is arrested on charges of prostitution.

As everyone searches for Maysam, Ziad discovers that Samer is imprisoning her and threatens him to let her go. Shadi tries to force his mother to tell him the secret she is keeping about Maysam.

After she is released, Maysam tells Qamar and Saleh her story with Amer, her marriage to him, Abu Jamal’s attempt to get close to her, and her giving birth to a boy.

Qamar offers Maysam to work with her in her shop and live in her house. Abu Jamal decides to replace his secretary with another after confirming that she is spying on him for Amer.

Maysam tells Qamar about Amer cheating on her with Jamal after she started working at the company, and Qamar asks her to search for her son.

Amer remembers how he cheated on Maysam with Jamal. The police arrest Nadim on charges of spying for the Zionists. Qamar reveals to Shadi that Maysam is his real mother.

Jamal is upset when Shadi discovers the truth about his mother Maysam. Saleh asks Ziad to help him with Nadim’s problem. Jamal confronts the secretary, Jenin, about her relationship with her father and Amer.

Jenin blackmails Abu Jamal financially. Maysam reveals to Amer and Jamal the work of Abu Jamal in smuggling diamonds. As Maysam asks Mustafa to confess to his plot with Abu Jamal to kill her and get rid of Samer, she confronts Amer and Jamal with killing the latter’s husband.
