A murder takes place in a fine arts hall at downtown, and Lt. Col. Omar Farouk and Major Nasser are assigned to investigate the murder. At the crime scene, the officers are shocked to see the body dismantled into two unmatched halves. Rajia is worried over her husband who has gone missing.

While carrying out an autopsy for Adel's corpse, a carefully wrapped paper that has attorney Laila's phone number on it is put inside the corpse's mouth. The officers go to the prosecution to resume the investigation, and at the brigade's office, they hear the killer's voice.

Jihan is summoned for questioning because her car was used in the accident. Omar receives a call from the killer informing him that a surprise is awaiting him at a car next to the British Embassy at Garden City. When the police arrive, they find half a corpse of a drug dealer at the trunk.

The new events lead Omar and Nasser to a place where they believe the killer is hiding. When they get there, they find a dead man, an enormous dog attacks Nasser causing him injuries, and the killer tries to murder Omar. Pergo threatens Shahira and Azza to cooperate with him.

The serial killer calls Jihan and gives her clues about the next assassination. Omar and Nasser try to decipher the painting to predict who's next. While he was taking the elevator, Major General Saleh is kidnapped, and Omar worries that Saleh might indeed be the next victim.

A meeting is held at Major General Hafez's office to follow up on the latest updates and to bargain with the killer. The killer informs the police that he will release Saleh if they release three people whom he thinks are unjustly imprisoned. An ambush is set for Nasser and his gun is taken away.

When Omar arrives at Gamal's apartment, he finds a bloody saw. Omar is arrested for interfering in the case after submitting his resignation. Omar manages to flee from the police car; he takes over Jihan's car, and the police chase him.

Omar receives a call from the murderer informing him that he has only 10 hours to save Saleh. Shahira plots to have Pergo murdered. Omar and Laila head to the Abbaseya Mental Health Hospital to question a case that is connected to the killer.

Nasser urges Jihan to upload the video to the website and make an official apology to Omar and the Ministry of Interior. The serial killer leads Nasser to a location where they find Nasser’s daughter gagged and unconscious. Omar smuggles Abdullah out of the hospital.

Omar and Nasser go to question the mother of one of the assailants and search the house for any evidence. Laila goes to the police station to find her son. Meanwhile, Omar and Nasser go to an auto shop where a bomb explodes, but no one is injured.

Omar and Nasser question a man who leads them to a place and they indeed go there. Azza falsely tells Pergo and Shahira that she killed Hesham El-Masry. When Omar and Nasser reach their aimed destination, they found a man tied up and dead.

Saleh Ibrahim manages to escape from the ambush and he calls Omar to inform him where he is; Omar goes there to rescue him. At Moatasem's house, Omar finds him wounded and unconscious, so he takes him to the hospital.

Omar and Nasser go to bring back Major General Saleh Ibrahim, but they arrive so late that they find the guard dead and Saleh disappeared. Laila decides to meet the criminal to get her son back.

Laila manages to run away from the trap that the criminal set for her, and she calls Omar to tell him where she is. Omar fails to save Saleh, but Nasser manages to rescue Laila and her son. Omar experiences a mental breakdown and his father tries to console him.

Laila goes to Omar to check upon him. Mortada accuses Laila of attempting to murder him. Omar goes to Major General Hafez to persuade him to return to work, but he refuses.

Omar and Nasser receive a message informing them to head to a certain house where they find a man threatening the lady there. Laila goes to Omar's house where she meets his father and he asks her to stay away from his son.

Omar and Nasser arrest the kidnapper and release the kidnapped. The criminal calls Jihan and tells her about his next foul play. Major General Hafez returns to his position and he believes he found the lead to solving the mystery.

Major General Hafez finds Ahmed's house and discovers that he has a motive to kill to avenge his wife. Hassan Al-Banna denies knowing the missing frames owners.

Omar and Nasser find the whereabouts of a person whom they think is the criminal. Khaled abducts Laila. Omar and Nasser fail to arrest the criminal Ahmed Hassan Abo Zeid. Laila finds Moatassem waiting for her at home.

Jihan calls Nasser and tells him she thinks she knows who are the next two people on the murderer's list: Aziz Basta and Hesham El-Masri, so Omar and Nasser decide to find the two men.

Shahira deceives Karam and then she calls Pergo to save her; Pergo is shot at. Hesham El-Masri is murdered whereas Aziz murders one of his assailants. Dr. Sabry tells Dr. Rajia that Ahmed Hassan is the one who raped his daughter.

Omar and Nasser inform Major General Hafez of what happened with Aziz and Hesham. Ahmed Hassan overhears a call that reveals where Khaled is, so he informs Hafez who takes the forces and raids the house. Dr. Sabry turns himself in and reports on the criminal and nurse Soaad.

Omar and Nasser plot to lure Ahmed Hassan. Jihan goes to Hafez and threatens him with a picture of Omar and Nasser abducting Khaled. Soaad stabs Ahmed.

Omar and Nasser plan to have Jihan arrested to silence her. Laila loses the child's custody. Nasser threatens the café owner.

Omar manages to rescue Aziz. After meeting with Dr. Amgad El-Attar, Dr. Sabry learns who raped his daughter and he tells Farag. Omar goes to Aziz's restaurant, but he doesn't find him there.

Azza tries to woo Nasser into sleeping with her. Omar wakes up at Laila's house after he loses consciousness at the restaurant. Hafez informs Nasser of Aziz's place, but when they get there, they find him dead.

Jihan quarrels with the editor-in-chief and she meets with Amgad. Hafez rebukes Omar and Nasser over Aziz's death. Omar and Nasser's investigations lead them to a man who was accused and is now kept at a mental asylum.

Omar and Nasser go to Hafez to inform him of the latest updates and to tell him that they could find the connection between the victims. Amgad plots to have Shahira murdered.

Amgad goes to Omar's house and disables the alarm, but things go wrong when Amgad forgets his phone there. Omar's father threatens Amgad after he hears the recorded call. Amgad goes to Laila, but he soon leaves after she receives a warning call from Omar.

Amgad feigns being a friend of Judy and he visits Nasser's family, kidnaps them, and locks them in a car with a time bomb. Amgad then has Laila locked in a water tank. Nasser eventually saves his family, and Omar heads to the zoo and murders Amgad.
