Adham and Shaaban agree to establish Anxiety Bank, an institution concerned with treating anxiety patients for money. The duo try to settle their debts with the owner of the apartment.
After Metwally mocks Adham's project and advises him to end it, he assigns him to write a press report about the village in which he grew up in exchange for a sum of money.
Shaaban and Adham recieve Munir Atef, the first visitor to Anxiety Bank, who likes their idea and decides to finance it as a third partner.
Adham and Shaaban celebrate after receiving large funding from Munir. Adham tells Shaaban about Munir's daughter, Mervat. The duo moves to their new office with Munir.
Munir transfers the ownership of the office to Adham and Shaaban and decides to pay them a salary and a percentage of the profits. The duo takes over the management of the bank amid the reluctance of visitors.
When Mervat visits Anxiety Bank, Adham and Shaaban succeed in convincing her to undergo a treatment session. Metwally publishes an article about the project in the newspaper.
Munir vows to resolve his dispute with Abdul Maqsoud. A visitor comes to Anxiety Bank and complains to Adham that his son's future has come to a dead-end because of love, while Munir tries to hide his mysterious business from Adham and Shaaban.
As Munir publishes a funded advertisement for Anxiety Bank, visitors and patients begin to flock to the bank for treatment. Adham and Shaaban are surprised by Fatma's desire to be treated.
Adham receives visitors at Anxiety Bank, and he tries to get close to Fatma.
Adham and Shaaban disagree on their perspective of life. Munir discovers that Shaaban is keeping tabs on him. Munir intervenes to treat the patient whom Adham failed to help.
As Shaaban manages to woo Fatma, he tries to use her in an attempt to get closer to Mervat.
Shaaban discovers that Mervat's mother is alive. In a flashback, Khadija sets fire to her husband Adel after discovering that he is cheating on her with her sister Fatma and she goes crazy, while Fatma tells Mervat of her mother's death to protect her.
Shaaban and Adham discover Munir's use of their project as a cover for his suspicious business, and the police arrest him. Shaaban marries Fatma, and Adham decides to work as a journalist with Metwally.
