Ragia asks Dr. Lotfi to intervene and prevent her son Ahmed from marrying the nurse Nadia. Ahmed asks Nadia to marry her, but she evades him as usual. Nadia visits her brother Salam in prison.

Nadia informs Ahmed that she refuses to marry him as she fears for her dignity after he learns that she has a brother in prison. He tells her that her brother's case will not affect his love for her, but Nadia decides to marry the businessman Youssef.

Youssef marries Nadia, and asks his office manager, Hamed, to watch her constantly. Youssef takes his wife and travels with her on vacation, and Ahmed follows them.

Ahmed tells Nadia that he refuses to give up on her so easily, even if he had to kill her husband, Youssef. Hamed sees Nadia with Ahmed, and she goes after him and tells him that she is innocent of what he thinks.

Hamed asks Nadia for money in exchange for not telling her husband about what he saw, and he takes money from Ahmed in exchange for mediating between him and Nadia. The doctor tells Youssef that Nadia is pregnant.

The family doctor tells Amin that Nadia is not pregnant, as the other doctor thinks, and asks him not to tell his uncle the truth. Youssef hears from Nadia's friend the story of his wife with Ahmed, and he becomes mad and confronts her.

When Youssef dies as a result of suffocation with gas, Amin suspects that his uncle committed suicide after learning about his wife's story with Ahmed. As Hamed threatens Nadia and accuses her of facilitating the task for her brother Salam to kill her husband, Nadia is unable to obtain the insurance policy.

As the prosecutor interrogates Nadia and Hamed for killing Youssef, Ahmed confesses to the prosecution that he killed Youssef with Hamed's help. The prosecutor discovers Ahmed's false confession to save Nadia from the murder charge.

Lotfi uses his friend, the famous lawyer Gohary, to defend Nadia from the charge of killing her husband, Youssef. The judge confronts Nadia with her confession to the prosecution of killing Youssef, but she denies it before the court.

As Gohary reveals to the court that Salam is the one who killed Youssef, Tolba confesses that Amin is the one who killed his uncle Youssef. Ahmed and Nadia are acquitted and they return to each other.
