In a neighborhood where the shrine of Sayid Al Malti is located, a shrine people believe to be that of a holy man, there resides the drug dealer Saadi, who hides behind a false mask. He smuggles drugs with the help of the arms dealer Abu Al Makarem. On the other side, they are confronted by Brigadier Fikri and his son, a police officer; however, Saadi tries to trap the young man.
