The old man is a doctor of alternative medicine and he has an ethics pills lab. He offers Mas'oud to try them, and he asks for courage pills. When he returns home, he quarrels with his mother-in-law. At work, he strikes a demonstration to claim workers' rights.
Mas'oud is upset because people are only respecting him out of fear. Dr. Madi then suggests the hypocrisy pills, which Mas'oud accepts, hoping these will change his life for the better.
The pills have their effect on Mas'oud who becomes nice to his wife and his mother-in-law. He even donates a kidney to Mansour, the chief of the neighborhood.
Mansour invites Mas'oud and his wife to dinner to tell him that he will nominate him in the upcoming elections.
