The life of a high school student, Scott McCall, turns upside down when he gets bitten by a werewolf, leaving him to try and balance the effects the transformation has on him with his regular life as a teenage boy.
In season 2, Scott, Stiles, and Allison must find Lydia, who has disappeared from the hospital before the Argent's hunting party does. Meanwhile, the Argent family sends someone to prison to deal with the one suspected of being the newest werewolf in town.
In season 3, Derek and Isaac struggle to locate Erica and Boyd while Stiles' childhood friend disappears. With Boyd and Cora still at large and under the influence of the full moon, Scott and Derek must turn to an unexpected ally for help.
