Lyle Jensen is in the juvenile wing of Northwood Mental Institution for violent outbursts. Other young people with other major issues are there as well. Lyle connects with patients and employees on a personal and sometimes inhumane level. We observe what's well with patients and what's wrong with society that impacts them via their psychological issues.
