Stanley and Oliver are homeless, poor, and one step from arrest. They hide at Colonel Buckshot's home while he goes hunting. Lord and Lady Plumtree call to ask about renting the home. Oliver plays Colonel Buckshot, and Stanley plays a housekeeper and maid. Their prank convinces the Lord and Lady of their personalities until the actual Colonel arrives.
