Gharib returns from America looking for his old love, Kawthar, after thirty years. He learns that her husband has died, so he asks her to marry him, and she agrees. But after a while, his daughter Rabab returns to Egypt to open a private psychiatric clinic after her mother dies. Rabab, who believes that love is a disease, quickly falls in love and resists her feelings with all her might.
