Abdullah is a miserly businessman who doesn't pay his workers' wages. When his wife finds out, she scolds him to no avail. He then has a dream that he's a waged worker who can't afford to feed his family and he wakes up a changed man and pays his workers.

Businessman Mohsen is arrested and transferred from one station to the other without knowing what he's being held for. He's shocked to know it was because of a false testimony he gave which led to a woman losing what was rightfully hers.

Hamad wants to open a restaurant and café and call it "Hum Bakaka" and borrows from his friends to open his business. He believes he failed when no one buys for him when he's surprised by foreign investors wanting to buy his brand Hum Bakaka.

Abu Eid discovers he's a talented poet and decides to write. Due to his wealth, he buys off several critics who praise his work. However, he loses all his wealth in the process and is abandoned by everyone.

Saad retires from his job and is staying home full-time, which results in him being too controlling over his wife Marwa and children, who can't bear it. So his wife forms a plan with her friend Umm Talal to get him to partner with Abu Talal at the training center.

Abu Sarah is a stingy man whose daughters suffer from his miserly nature, and they try their best to change his mind to no avail, until he overhears them talking about inheriting his money after he dies, so he decides to lavish them with his wealth.

Abdullah gets in an accident and his car breaks, with which he earned a living. His friend suggests borrowing and signing IOUs. However, his debts pile up and he gets arrested. His creditor, though, considers forgiving him for his young daughter's sake.

Oqab is a writer and journalist who uses his job as a means to write about and criticize anyone he doesn't like, and everybody admonishes him for that, but he threatens to write about them too.

Goeid the mechanic agrees to have a night out with his friend Moteib and others, and they get arrested while drinking. Goeid loses his job and his wife doesn't accept him when he is released from jail. He then regrets what he did to himself and his family.

Abu Maagal is a businessman who's all about appearances. He refuses to hire Saeed despite the fact that he direly needs a job. When his son Maagal gets into an accident, however, he discovers Saeed is the one who donated blood to save him.

Tarek, a novelist, can't find the peace of mind to write his book at home, so he decides to go on a trip. However, on the way, he gets into an accident and his driver dies, with everyone thinking its's Tarek. He's later shocked to find news of his death on TV.

Abu Mazen invites everyone for the welcome party of his son Dr. Mazen, and the opening of his medical center. However, he discovers his son is in it for the money, so he tells him to leave the neighborhood and open a clinic elsewhere.

Abu Turky suggests that he and his friends travel to celebrate New Year's Eve abroad, which upsets his wife. He then comes to his senses and decides to book an Umrah trip with his wife for New Year's instead.

Tarek's wife asks him to hire a driver and a maid. With Salem's help, he hires a couple who work as a driver and a maid. However, he and his wife find themselves at the couple's service as the maid is pregnant and the driver keeps inviting his family over.
