As Ahmed and Wadha celebrate their marriage, a catastrophic storm causes major casualties, both on land and out at sea. Ahmed gets injured when he goes out to check on his family, but the people save him. Maytha worries about the fate of her husband Mansour, who is out at sea.
The villagers start to rebuild the village after the destruction wrought upon it by the storm. After Maytha's husband dies in the storm, Ghanem confesses his love for Maytha and proposes to her.
Abu Soliman (Soliman's father) informs his wife that Abu Fahd (Fahd's father) asked him to look after Fahd. He also asks her to be careful while dealing with the sick Ahmed. Alia is late to return to the village, where Soliman awaits her.
Fearing that Soliman might get infected, Abu Soliman rebukes him for going to his sick brother Ahmed's room. To placate Mariam, Abdullah asks his sister Alia to travel away.
As Alia arrives at the village and meets Soliman, she stays with her mother in a house that she rents from Abu Soliman. Umm Mariam (Mariam's mother) rebukes her daughter after Abdullah tries to talk to her. Aubaid mulls over Ahmed's illness, which he is unable to treat.
As Maytha and Ghanem sleep together, he promises to marry her. Ghanem learns about the love story between Alia and Soliman and informs Man'ei. Aubaid tries to treat Ahmed with herbs.
As Man'ei tracks Soliman and Alia, Ghanem tries to stop him. Dr. Aubaid tells Abu Soliman that Ahmed's disease is incurable.
Alia tells Soliman that Ghanem is watching her. Umm Maytha (Maytha's mother) learns about her daughter's affair. Fearing infection, Umm Soliman rebukes Wadha for going into Ahmed's room.
Man'ei tells Salem and Fahd that he wants to marry Alia. Abu Soliman decides to send his son Ahmed abroad for treatment. Alia's brother discovers that Mariam is in love with someone else.
Ahmed's health goes downhill. Man'ei informs his father of his wish to wed Alia. As Maytha falls ill, Ghanem tries to contact her.
Ghanem sneaks into Maytha's house to kill her. As Man'ei flirts with Alia, she stabs him. Soliman saves Man'ei, mistakenly believing that Ghanem is the one who stabbed him. Abu Soliman suspects that his son is the one who stabbed Man'ei, considering his love for Alia.
As Al-Mutaw' questions Man'ei about the identity of his attacker, Man'ei keeps silent. Salem tells Man'ei that he wants to wed Fatema. Maytha informs Ghanem that her mother is bringing Hamda over.
Salem tells Man'ei about Maytha and Ghanem's affair. When Hamda learns that Maytha is pregnant, she asks her to tell Abu Soliman. Man'ei gives Alia a choice between marrying him or facing the scandal he will cause after he exposes her relationship with Soliman. Man'ei claims that Soliman is his attacker.
As Alia reveals to Abu Soliman that she is the one who stabbed Man'ei, she informs him of her feelings for Soliman and her wish to marry him.
Umm Alia decides to leave the village. Alia bids Soliman farewell. Abu Soliman decides to marry his son off in order to help him get over Alia.
When Umm Maytha suspects that her daughter is pregnant, she tries to question Hamda about it. Man'ei and Salem inform Ghanem of Maytha's pregnancy. Ghanem tries to get revenge on Hamda, but the latter threatens him and asks Maytha to come clean to Abu Soliman.
Abu Soliman decides to send Soliman and Fahd out to sea. Abu Rashid (Rashid's father) forces his son to marry Alia. Man'ei promises to help Ghanem with Maytha and Hamda.
When Soliman runs into Alia, she tells him that Rashid has proposed to her. Ghanem and Man'ei plot to lure Maytha out at sea and get rid of her.
Alia informs Rashid that she doesn't want to marry him. Salem warns his aunt Hamda about Ghanem and Man'ei. Man'ei tries to kill Salem and rape Maytha. Soliman and his father go to ask for Alia's hand.
Abu Soliman tells his son that he decided to marry him off to Sheikha instead of Alia. Man'ei and Ghanem look for Hamda to get rid of her.
Hamda helps Maytha to leave to avoid Ghanem and Man'ei. Man'ei discovers that Ghanem hit him over the head to prevent him from raping Maytha. Umm Maytha passes away.
Fahd confesses his feelings for Fatema. Rashid tells Abdullah that he doesn't want to marry Alia. Alia discovers that Soliman has wed Sheikha.
Mohamed gets engaged to Mariam. Man'ei disapproves of his cousin Fatema's marriage to Fahd. Abdullah tries to convince Alia to accept Rashid's proposal. Maytha is shocked when Ghanem proposes to her.
Ghanem informs Al-Mutaw' of what happened between him and Maytha, enlisting his help to marry her. Mattar asks to marry Maytha to protect her from the scandal. Fatema informs Man'ei that she will marry Fahd next week. Soliman and Sheikha celebrate their marriage.
As Alia attends Soliman's wedding, he meets her and his heart breaks but he's unable to do anything about it.
Ahmed passes away. Abdullah makes sure that Mariam doesn't get Mohamed's letters. Sheikha is shocked when Alia arrives to offer her condolences for Ahmed's death, only to speak about her love for Soliman.
Sheikha quarrels with Soliman over his love for Alia. Ghanem quarrels with Mattar after he learns of his marriage to Maytha. Soliman joins the crew of a boat.
Maytha gives birth. Mattar tells Soliman's brother about what happened with Ghanem. Abu Rashid tells his wife that he tried to force Alia to marry Rashid.
Abu Soliman looks for his son Ghanem to prevent him from taking revenge on Mattar. Abdullah tampers with the letters that Mariam and Mohamed are sending each other in order to break them up.
Thinking that his son and nephew have drowned, Abu Man'ei (Man'ei's father) looks for them at sea. Umm Alia is shocked when Abu Rashid proposes to Alia.
Ghanem and Man'ei reach land and look for jobs. Abu Jassem (Jassem's father) tries to convince Soliman to let go of Alia. Man'ei informs Abu Rashid of Alia's past relationship with Soliman.
As Alia runs away from home, she asks Soliman to marry her to save her from Abu Rashid and her brother Abdullah. Ghanem kidnaps Maytha's son, putting him in a boat and sending him out to sea.
