A man travels to the country to stay with a buddy. The son, who is mentally ill, lives with his father and daughter. The daughter captures the man's heart. After spending his time in jail, Choi Yeong-jin, the mentally ill son, comes home to discover that his father and sister are deeply in debt. Despite his best efforts to assist them, he is found guilty of another murder and faces an extended prison sentence.
After spending his time in jail, Choi Yeong-jin, the mentally ill son, comes home in an attempt to live a calm and comfortable life free from problems. His mental state starts to get better until he sees his sister being raped with his own eyes, at which point it deteriorates once again.
