The idyllic family life of the Freelings turns upside down when a number of mysterious events herald the disappearance of their youngest daughter, sending them into the world of the paranormal as they try to save her from the demonic ghosts that haunt their house.
As the Freeling family moves to a new house to look for a fresh start, their psychic child, Carol, finds herself pulled into the evil world of spirits once again.
Carol Ann's family decides to send her to her uncle and aunt's house to hide her from the ghosts of the past that haunt her. But the ghostly form of Rev. Kane is hot on her tail as he uses mirrors to terrorize Carol Ann.
The film follows a family whose suburban home is invaded by angry spirits. When the terrifying apparitions escalate their attacks and take the youngest daughter, the family must come together to rescue her.
