In the third part of this terrifying and breathtaking series, killer crocodiles continue to terrorize everyone in the local community and wreak havoc on the land.

The events take place around the lake, which is now a sanctuary for crocodiles but is encircled by an electric fence. However, tragedy occurs when the fence opens.
A team of explorers find a video leading them to a restricted area removed from maps and protected by electric fences. They discover a deadly alien predator contained there which puts their lives on the line.
