Lieutenant Samir marries his cousin Sanaa, and becomes a father, but he travels to join the war but does not return and remains missing. Years pass and Samir returns, having married a Bedouin woman during the period of his amnesia. Things get complicated, as Samir becomes torn between Sanaa and his children on one hand, and his Bedouin wife on the other.
