Fathiya finds the monkey Menfees, and after several years, Captain Sherif is assigned the task of spotting a suspect in a cafe, where the same monkey appears again after he has grown up, but his name has become Mosaad. A suspicious incident occurs on one of the desert roads in the United States.

As Captain Sherif catches the monkey Mosaad to convince him to use him in an operation to uncover the mysterious activities of the American agent Jenny, the CIA investigates the circumstances of the biological weapons theft.

Before his departure, the scientist deletes all copies of his research from all devices, and only one copy of the research remains on Noha's computer. Captain Sherif tries to bargain with Mosaad to work with him on the mission of watching the American agent Jenny.

Mossad tries to escape from the people he scammed and stole a valuable archaeological statue from. At the same time, Captain Sherif succeeds in convincing him to work with him to unravel the mystery of the activities of the American agent Jenny.

As Captain Sherif supervises the training of Mosaad, the CIA sends to Dr. Noha two people claiming to work in an international pharmaceutical company to offer her to work with them.

Captain Sherif heads to a party for one of the animal welfare societies, which is sponsored by agent Jenny. Mosaad begins his mission, which becomes more difficult as Jenny takes his collar, which has the hidden communication device between him and Captain Sherif.

Mosaad takes advantage of Jenny's travel to invite his friend Barconel to her villa to have a good time. At the same time, Kevin is trying to get any information that will lead him to the biological weapon thief, so he turns to the Egyptian authorities in order to interrogate Carlos.

As Jenny discovers Mosaad's ability to speak like humans, she informs her superiors of this and they ask to summon him to go to the USA. At the same time, Captain Sherif discovers that Noha's claims are true, with someone watching her, so he appoints a guard specifically for her.

Mosaad escapes from Jenny's villa in order not to travel to America, but Captain Sherif and Major General Fahim insist that he must travel for the mission. Meanwhile, Noha takes over her job as a chemistry teacher in a public school.

Mosaad returns to Jenny's villa to complete the plan by traveling to America to conduct research and tests on him. At the same time, Carlos is being smuggled out of the maximum-security prison in which he is staying.

The Egyptian authorities discover the extent of the seriousness of the reports filed by Noha before, and that her life is under threat, so a security crew is placed on her home and they help her find the missing research. Mosaad is offered a million dollars to cooperate with American intelligence.

As the American intelligence trains Mosaad to prepare him to work with them, Captain Sherif is kidnapped by the gang of Master Ashour, which prompts Major General Fahim and Noha to set out and save him.

As Ashour is arrested, Captain Sherif and Noha get the laptop and extract the file from it through a computer hacker. Mr. Kevin assigns Mosaad to watch Noha to find out the results of her research.

As Mosaad is sent by the American intelligence again to Egypt to work with Dr. Noha, Captain Sherif explains the plan to her, and they work on this basis.

Mosaad escapes from Noha's lab to wander with Barconel and Captain Sherif's father. At the same time, Captain Sherif suspects a foreign man in front of the villa and electrocutes him until he passes out. The man turns out to be the French ambassador's son.

As Captain Sherif gets his sick father out of custody after Mosaad causes him to get lost, Mosaad goes for a night out with Barconel. However, this time Barconel plans to hand Mosaad to Al Tibini, whom he stole from the valuable archaeological statue.

As Al Tibini tries to force Mosaad to confess the location of the statue he lost, Carlos and his assistant try to find out what Noha is doing in her lab. Captain Sherif tries to find Mosaad after he got kidnapped.

Carols and his assistant free Mosaad from Al Tibni's grip, and Mosaad returns to the lab. Captain Sherif goes to Major General Fahim, who he finds drunk. As he orders that Fahim gets imprisoned, the relationship strengthens between Captain Sherif and Noha.

Carlos tries to implant listening devices in Noha's lab to find out the results of her research, prompting Carlos's men to devise a plan to enter the lab, but it fails.

Dr. Noha decides to conduct a practical experiment on C6 treatment in a power plant, but the resulting power is not enough, however they try it on Major General Abdul Rahim. Meanwhile, the authorities are trying to uncover the identity of the lab intruders.

Noha is trying to produce additional quantities of the drug she has created, but, the only device capable of doing it is in the American intelligence headquarters. At the same time, the American intelligence decides to kidnap Noha to know the developments of her research.

Everyone proceeds to implement the agreed plan, and Carlos's assistant fails in kidnapping Mosaad.

Captain Sherif informs Noha's family about the truth behind the kidnapping case and tries to travel to America, but he is prevented from traveling. As Major General Fahim takes him out so that he can catch the plane, the American President honors Mosaad for his efforts in the operation.

Captain Sherif tries to find a way to reach the device through which an antidote can be produced, which Noha is also trying to reach. Mosaad is assigned to watch Noha in the lab.

Captain Sherif infiltrates the place where Mosaad resides in order to ask him to steal the access card to the lab. Captain Sherif succeeds in infiltrating the lab but fails to reach the device.

Noha asks the agency's agents to test her experiment on the device, and the agency decides to give her more time in order to get positive results. At the same time, Carlos and his assistant try to get all the information about Mosaad.

As Carlos and Captain Sherif compete to get the device first, Carlos kidnaps Mosaad to convince him to bring him the device in exchange for releasing his kidnapped family.

As Bruce, who works for Carlos, steals the device, Noha and Mosaad return with Captain Sherif to Egypt to disrupt Carlos's plan to use C6.

As Captain Sherif tries to prevent a gas leak at an international conference and fails, Carlos informs the attendees at the conference that he is the only one who has the anti-gas vaccine, and he asks for huge sums of money from them in return.

Major General Fahim tries to find a way to enter the hall in order to free the people inside, he uses Mosaad's help to do so and the mission succeeds. Captain Sherif, Noha, and Mosaad are honored for their roles in the success of the operation.
