Mayor Zain El Rifai agrees to Antar and Zulaikha's proposal to take Ratiba's newborn child and pass him off to the townspeople as his son. Antar devises a foolproof plan to take the child and his mother, Ratiba.

Hamdan's wife, Nafisa, learns that Ratiba has given birth to the child, so she becomes infuriated and tells Hamdan, who orders his men to search for her everywhere. Ratiba travels to the village of El Tamra to live with her son in the mayor's house.

The mayor appoints his guard Antar as the sheikh of the town. As Nafisa learns that Umm Ibrahim was the one who midwifed Ratiba, she asks her about the matter. Awad stands up to the mayor and his injustice.

Awad escapes after the mayor Zain got his land, whereupon Awad devises a plan to take revenge on the mayor. Zain gets close to Ratiba.

Awad shoots the mayor Zain and thinks that he died. Hamida, the mayor's wife, dies. Ratiba consoles Zain after his wife's death.

Awad and his men go to Antar's house and suspend him from a tree as a message to Mayor Zain, who kills Antar after he threatened to expose the matter of his son, Sami.

Mayor Zain goes to the police commissioner and asks for security and protection for him and his family from Awad's assaults. Zain proposes to Ratiba, who is reluctant to agree, but Zulaikha advises her not to turn down the mayor's proposal.

Mayor Zain El Rifai holds a celebration for his and Ratiba's wedding. Aziza gets angry and sad after her mother's marriage and decides to take revenge on the mayor.

Awad is shot in the arm after exchanging fire with the men of Mayor Zain, who asks Ratiba to keep Sami safe and not let him leave the house no matter what happens so that no harm befalls him.

As Ratiba gives birth to her baby by Mayor Zain, the latter holds celebrations in the village of El Tamra. Awad vows before his men to take revenge on Mayor Zain El Rifai.

As Mayor Zain goes to the school principal to solve his son Sami's problem with some student, the mayor becomes surprised by the principal's strong reaction against his son and warns him not to harass or go near his son Sami.

The school principal meets Awad for the first time and tells him that he is very happy to meet him because he is a symbol of standing up to the injustice and tyranny of the town's mayor, Zain El Rifai, who shoots Awad and injures him in the shoulder.

The children grow up, and as Sami quarrels with a student, he causes his death and then flees from the school. When Mayor Zain and Ratiba learn that their son Sami caused the death of one of his schoolmates, they collapse.

Sami returns to town to meet his father and mother. Awad plans with his men to kill Mayor Zain El Rifai. Ratiba asks Mamoun to take care of his brother and not to abandon him in his ordeal.

The mayor asks his son Sami to settle in Cairo and not to return to town, as he fears for him. Awad meets Sami and tells him that he's got such a brave heart to come to his turf without being afraid of him.

As Sami asks his father to go with him to propose to Rashida, the daughter of Dr. Masoud, Mayor Zain agrees. Hamdan comes to the mayor's house and asks for his son Sami to take revenge on him.

After Awad returns to his town, Sami and Mamoun warn him of their father and tell him that he is plotting to send him back to prison. As Hamdan sneaks in to kill Sami on his wedding night, his father, the mayor, takes the bullet instead of him and dies.
