A program about seafood on the CBC Sofra channel, presented by Hisham, a thirty-five-year-old diving instructor. Hisham spent half of his life underwater among different types of fish, and the second half of his life learning how to cook them. The program’s episodes are filmed on coastal beaches in Egypt, especially in the Red Sea cities.
