In a faraway hamlet where Kamal El-Dib rules as the head, according to the Traditional Testament that states that all rulers must be from the El-Dib family, his wife, Jumar, plots with his brother, Khalil, to poison Kamal. They murder and throw him into the water, as his son Mohib witnesses the act
In a nearby hamlet, El-Nattat hamlet, Anisa's daughters plot with their father to murder their mother's entire family to claim their rights and gain authority. Now that everyone has been murdered, Anisa is declared as the ruler of El-Nattat hamlet.
A meeting is held at El-Nattat hamlet to decide on some modifications to be made to the Traditional Testament in accordance with their interests and preferences. People of all hamlets are urged to sign the petition with their blood.
Time passes by, and those who were children are now grown-ups. Sahar still disguises herself as a man as she poses as Mohib, the head of the Castle hamlet and she is well-known for her healing powers. Sawsan becomes the head of El-Hashashin. Raya weds her husband to have a boy. Estmanoha re-emerges.
El-Hashashin group vows loyalty to Sawsan. Alaa and Sahar see a glimpse of the future, specifically the future of the three hamlets. The vision reveals that Alaa is Sekina's long-lost child whom Estmanoha kept away at Kafr El-Neswan (the Ladies' Hamlet).
When Akmal refuses to follow Raya's diabolical plot, she locks him up and suggests the plan to Alaa who agrees and marries Sondos. Raya sends Sahar to the Castle Hamlet. Sawsan tries to get Alaa to help her gain authority over the Ladies' hamlet. Akmal, Raya, and Jumar return to their hamlet.
A meeting is held to discuss the issues of the three hamlets. The head, Sahar-Mohib, agrees to go to the Ladies' Hamlet to meet Sawsan and settle things with her. Zainhom, Khalil, and Jumar devise their own plots away from the head as they intend to bring back the thieves.
Dawi conducts a referendum concerning the execution of Sawsan and Alaa, and the inhabitants vote in favor of it. The guards bring Sawsan to be executed at the city's square.
Alaa reports that Sawsan's body is not in the grave, and to everyone's shock, it turns out that Sawsan is alive. Sahar returns to the Castle hamlet and Jumar rejects her suggestion to distribute the money between the people because it's against the terms of the testament.
Suspicions circulate about Sawsan being the girl mentioned in the prophecy that revolves around a girl from El-Dib lineage. To everyone's shock, Dawi announces that Sawsan is his daughter with Estmanoha. Sekina tells Alaa that Khalil is his father. Zeinhom learns that the head is Sahar.
Now that Sawsan is believed to be the girl mentioned in the prophecy, a girl called Fathy goes to her and offers her services as a maid. Jumar urges Dawi to bring Sawsan to the Castle hamlet.
Segag is terrified of losing her son, and her tattoo disappears. When Sahar hears that Khalil has murdered Meshaal, she rushes to the cave to save him, but she finds him dead. The people learn that Mohib is Kamal El-Dib's child.
Mohib refuses Dawi's suggestion that they join forces. Sawsan confronts everyone with their ignorance as to what is in the prophecy. Mohib reluctantly joins forces with Sawsan on two conditions: the Castle hamlet gets the upper hand, and El-Nattat hamlet comes next.
Sawsan reports the permissible terms to the people of El-Nattat hamlet while Akmal announces the same to the people of the Ladies' hamlet. When Sondos refuses to wear the shawl, orders are given to imprison her. People of the three hamlets submit and wear the shawl.
Sahar shows Fathy her healing powers and tells her that she is the girl in the prophecy. Fathy brings Sawsan Alaa's writings about the forged testament. Alaa steals the testament and he and Sahar flee the hamlet. Dawi sends messengers to the other hamlets to report the testament has been stolen.
Nagar and Fathy embark on a journey to find the real testament. Sahar tells Alaa that people must learn that she is the girl in the prophecy. Fathy tells Sahar that it is Alaa who has stolen the testament.
Segag sleeps next to Abi and he is shocked to see the tattoos on their arms. Sawsan urges Fathy to confess to who stole the testament. Sondos recruits Raya's guards and convinces them to accompany her.
Mohib meets a lady at the cemetery and Zeinhom overhears them. Sawsan tries to persuade Mohib that they have to join forces. The guards catch Fathy who hysterically screams that they are headed to their demise and everyone is soon to die.
Dawi sends the people seeking healing to the Castle hamlet to be treated at the hands of the girl in the prophecy. Raya attempts to kill Akmal with the same dagger she killed his father with. Akmal escapes and orders Nagar to arrest Sondos.
Zeinhom reveals to the people of the hamlet the reason Mohib covers his hands and the toxins that run in his blood. He also tells them that Dawi administered poison to the canal, causing the death of their children. Disbelieving him, the people beat Zeinhom, and Fathy defends him.
Estmanoha retrieves the original copy of the testament. Dawi tells Sahar that he has united the three hamlets under the name Bab El-Ganna (The Paradise Door). When Sahar refuses to marry Dawi, he drowns her.
Estmanoha confirms that according to the testament, the only family entitled to rule is the El-Dib family. She kills Abadir who had plans to have all the girls of El-Dib family murdered. The unity of the three hamlets is broken off as Estmanoha divides them into three hamlets again.
The people of the hamlet are shocked to find Mohib's grave empty. To save Alaa, Sahar accepts to marry Dawi, but Estmanoha abruptly appears and says it is impossible for the two of them to marry.
Segag reveals that Raya has murdered Dawi. Sahar tells Segag she has the testament. Drawing his last breath, Dawi begs Sahar to save him. Sahar tells Segag she is the girl in the prophecy.
Sahar refuses to join forces with Segag, saying that the two of them are at the two ends of the spectrum. Nagar raises the point that Raya resides at the Ladies' hamlet, and Dawi was murdered at the Castle hamlet. Mohib is thrilled to learn of Dawi's death, and he reveals he has the testament.
Things aggravate when Dawi preaches at the people of the hamlet and tells them he has been chosen to be the mouthpiece until the prophecy is revealed. Mohib orders for the testament to be written and distributed across the hamlet.
Sawsan leaves Nagar at the Ladies' hamlet and goes with El-Hashashin to the Castle hamlet to take over the leadership. Meanwhile, Dawi goes to the Ladies' hamlet where he imprisons Nagar. Dawi gives order to demolish the cemetery.
When Alaa, Sondos, Sawsan, and the others meet, they decide to go to the cemetery to save Sahar. Mohib reveals that the testament that Dawi has is the forged one, and the original copy is the one that Estmanoha has.
Estmanoha gives Alaa the original copy of the testament. Sahar breaks Mohib's dreaded curse. Dawi devises a plot to get rid of Mohib.
Alaa is executed. It is revealed that Sondos is the girl mentioned in the prophecy, but she gets severely injured and slips into a coma. Abi is thrilled that Estmanoha fulfilled his wish and freed him by getting the tattoo off the board.
